I got my navel pierced by Angela and I had a great experience. She was professional walk me trough the process and answered all my questions.

I was double charged by this company. I am trying to get my money back, but the store manager has been extremely unhelpful. I was made to feel like a scammer despite providing more than enough information such as copies of my bank statements that show the discrepancy.
I am in the process of filing a dispute with visa and getting the better business bureau Involved.
I am very disappointed in how the company is handling this situation, especially the store manager and lack of upper management helping or making an effort to get in contact with me to resolve this.

I do want to add this is not directed at the front end associates and piercer, they have all been very kind and tried their best to help.

I hope management can learn and do better from this situation.

I dont enjoy this location, the manager is very off putting and cant control her "resting b face". Jewlerry quality is not worth I can get the same quality online for 1/3 the price. Lots of peices tarnish very quickly. Anything black or gold fades to a copper color. Staff was pleasant except for manager who I could hear talking badly about staff and customers.

Absolutely the sweetest and nicest staff, very helpful and informative but their jewelry
quality is awful. I’m not looking for the nicest earrings in town but i got my second holes on my ears done here and about a week later BOTH of the earrings came undone, i went back because these things happen and wasn't necessarily their fault but i go back to get new ones put in and she made sure to make them SUPER tight to avoid this happening again, but what do you know; about 2 weeks after that the earrings actually broke.the front stud off both ears fell off so they obviously both fell out. I had them pierced about a month and a half ago. Great staff, very nice. TERRIBLE jewelry quality, so if you want great service but no earrings after a month go here!

I needed a 10 yr old web piercing removed and I was nervous about it but Stephanie C.did it so quickly and painlessly! Great experience and the girl at the desk also helped me pick new ear jewelry and was patient when I was indecisive. 10/10 I will be back for any piercing needs:)

Got my conch and helix by stephanie and she is super sweet and very professional! She’ll make you feel comfortable and your experience painless. She is amazing at aligning and positioning the piercings totally recommend going to her! Thank you stephanie <3

This place is very good. I was in quite a rush, and they got me in and out within less than five minutes and I also had to fill out some paperwork. They were also very nice and polite. Definitely recommend.
