Yesterday I got a flat tire and i was at a gas startion trying to change it although I don’t really know what i am doing.luckily, the guy who runs this dealership happened to drive by and saw we were having trouble.he got me back on the road and even called another friend down to bring a tool we were missing.he was supper kind the entire time and i’m so grateful.thank you so much!

Amazing staff at Subaru of Cranbrook. I had multiple warning lights come on in my Forester while on my work trip and they helped me out right away. Had a sensor leaking oil 3000km from home, Allison responded to my email quickly and lined up the part and scheduled repair without interruption to my travel. Kaydee was also great with check in. Very happy with the great service.

Can’t say enough good about the crew here. Helped me in a moment of need without question, spending ample time educating me at no cost. Eventually helped get me into a new car and were kind enough to let my dead car stay on the lot until I had time to deal with it. Genuine group of people working here. I bought my 2018 Forester from Subaru of Cranbrook and only have good things to say about all my collective experiences with them, from the purchase through all the regular service visits. Today I had the "D" service (5.5 hr) and some warranty work done. Kaydee was my service advisor and I could not have been more impressed with the way I was kept informed and treated fairly. SOC treated me super well. My 2018 Forester died mid-flight on Hwy 3 on a hot Sunday. I got a tow to the dealership, which opened Monday. I had never done business with them, but they worked in a diagnostic of the car during the Monday and fixed the problem (reconnected the turbo intake hose), got me on my way the same day, and at no charge. They were also kind and helpful during the day, offering to drop me off in town if I needed to run an errand. Thanks SOC!

I want to highly recommend Huy and Brett at Subaru of Cranbrook. Our family was working together with Huy (and eventually Brett) with the order of a new car. They were wonderful to deal with, professional and courteous in every step. They are very friendly, without the normal 'sales' pressure, which is exactly what my family and I are comfortable with. Due to manufacturing issues and delays caused by Covid, our family had to go with a 'plan B', but we look forward to supporting this great team and dealership in the future.

I found the company to be very professional and easy to deal with, Jim Oliver was very friendly, patient and helpful, he answered all my questions regarding our vehicle choice and financing options. The trade in deal for our old car was better than I expected and the after sales follow up from Jim has been excellent.

Went in to look at some new Subaru Ascents a couple of times. I was dealing with Darcy. Very nice guy to deal with. We were test driving and it was a little later than I thought it was but Darcy had stayed around to answer all my questions even after they were closed not rushing me at all. I would recommend them.

Fantastic service and sales experience! I was coming from out of town to look at a used vehicle, and the sales staff, specifically Sales Manager Huy Nguyen, went well above and beyond! From the moment I reached out for details on the vehicle, Huy was incredibly helpful and quick to answer to all my questions. He made the process tremendously easy, even coming in on his day off to ensure that I could do a test drive. I never felt I was being 'sold' to but rather listened to, with Huy ensuring I got what I was looking for. I would highly recommend going through the team at Subaru of Cranbrook for your next vehicle purchase.

Blown away by the kindness and integrity of the staff here!
I was driving from Calgary to Creston, and stopped in at Cranbrook to re-torque the lug nuts on my Subaru after having my tires rotated the previous day.
Jim and Huy welcomed me inside, and Ian from service went to check my tires. To my surprise, one wheel nut was just about to fall off!
The tire shop that performed the service had over-tightened the wheel nuts (using an impact gun) and stripped the stud. Ian brought my car into the service bay, and had to use a pipe extension for his torque wrench to get the rest of the nuts off! Unsurprisingly (given the amount of force applied to the nuts) two of the studs sheared right off once the tire was removed. I'm thankful this happened in the shop, and not at highway speed!
I asked if they had the parts and time for me to pay to replace the studs - incredibly Huy and Ian offered to complete this right away, at no cost! I even found out Ian wasn't 'on the clock' that day - he just happened to come by the shop for a personal project, and had still readily agreed to help check my tires (and now replace the studs)! Everyone repeatedly emphasized that my safety was their primary concern.
I have never met a team more committed to doing the right thing, and I will not forget their kindness and exceptional service!
