I can't say enough good things about Subaru Prince George. From the time we purchased our 2020 Forester from Tyson Remmleg to now, his interest in and helpful on the spot friendliness and service to us has been amazing. I know that I can go in with any question about our vehicle and he will be right there to assist if he can. If not, he refers us to Service, which has been FANTASTIC to deal with as well. Recently I was in Calgary and went to one of the Subaru dealers there. Not the same friendly, helpful staff at all! Prince George Subaru is one of the most customer-friendly, service-oriented businesses I have come across. Three years ago I bought a 2019 Forester and all my experiences with Subaru of PG have been exceptional from day one! Tyson Remmelg has always gone above and beyond for me since the first test drive, through to leasing my vehicle and recently buying it out at the end of my lease. In my three years of knowing Tyson, I can honestly say that he is genuinely kind, upbeat and honest. He truly will go out of his way to help you and make things right. My experience in purchasing a vehicle from Subaru of Prince George was excellent from start to finish. Tyson was enthusiastic, kind, and provided all of the information I needed at every stage during the selection and purchasing process and afterward, and Candace was wonderful to work with as well. A big shout-out to Tyson in sales who helped me troubleshoot the clock/navigation/car play system in my Outback. I love that he was willing to brainstorm ideas and landed on just the right fix to make everything work again, saving me a 300 km trip to the dealership.

If you like paying money for someone to damage your car, the service department at Subaru of Prince George is the place for you.

One star out of five seems like one star too many.

They can’t take a wheel off without breaking something, try to charge extra time to repair their mistakes, forget what you’ve asked them to service, and attempt service on entirely unrelated parts on your vehicle. Better yet, they skip advising you on safety recalls that another Subaru dealership identifies immediately. I only know this as I had to have my Subaru towed to another Subaru dealership within days of Subaru of Prince George “working on” my car.

The worst auto shop I’ve been to, but a great place to go if you want to throw away money and live with the headaches of their “repairs”.

Absolutely amazing service! I bought a 19 sti from here and they handle everything amazingly! There was a very little accident (scuffed the paint a little) that caused a slight delay in car transfer. But instead of hiding it from me they called me right away and let me know what happened. Fixed it and took the extra step to deliver the to me! I will only go to this dealership now. I purchased a brand new vehicle Jan. 2021
It has stopped working. I was told they believe it is a electronic and/or battery issue. They also stated they might not be able to get to it until November, as they are booked up until the end of Nov. It does not even have 10,000 kms yet. So a month & a half if not longer.and they don't have a loaner vehicle to lend out. How am I to get my child to & from school, how am I to get to work? This is super frustrating.

This place is always great to deal with. We own two Subes, and have had a few recalls n one of them, but otherwise no issues. They offer a shuttle service, so pretty convenient! No complaints here! 5 STAR!

Was in dealer today buying some parts. Overheard a customer speak to the service rep about how her car started vibrating as she drives. The woman in charge of service asked to go and see her car.when she came back, she explained to the customer that there is a very good chance that the problem could be just that there is ice packed all over the place in and around the wheels from the snow storm we just experienced. Advised her to hit the car wash, and see if unthawing everything solves the problem. I thought this was a honest, and commonsensical way of going about the issue.i was quite impressed, i dont think many other dealers would care to help someone like this.they would just take your money. If the car wash didnt solve the problem, the car needed washing anyways.i know mine does. As far as my experience went, i got subaru quality stuff, thats correct, from a friendly guy, for not too much money. Not the first time, or last time.see ya in 10,000 kms.
