Ordered a rice bowl through DoorDash, showed up with no rice just spinach. Make that make sense

Hi I went to the restaurant today I needed to get 3 sandwiches I ordered my first sandwich and the girl was taking my order put my sandwich into the toaster and went to her co-worker to explain something on the computer. Then she came back I ordered my second sandwich and I was about to order third she took the first sandwich from toaster and asked me for vegetables I said I want to order third sandwich too. She very rudely replied order all at once. Then after paying I asked for the receipt and I asked what was the girl name who made my order one girl said very rudely we don’t give names. Then the girl who made my order she came to me said very very rudely and aggressively let me give my name and do whatever you want to do. They were screaming at me in front of my 3 years old daughter. Is this the customer service are we getting. Can you imagine they are doing in front of my 3 years old daughter. I am devastated.

Terrible service, rush your through your order, do not listen to you, and make a terrible sandwich. Would recommend in the area to go to the Sunday at 264 and Fraser Hwy. Avoid the one by No Frills

The veggie containers were nice and full but the containers didnt look as clean as they could have been. Maybe they dont wipe them out between refills? They should. They also throw out soup if it's not sold by 6pm. I was there and the girl said she was going on break, I'll just toss it as I leave. I ordered a soup (not realizing it was the soup of my choice that got tossed) then the guy says that they throw it out at 6pm. It was only 515 when I was there.
Anyways, service was good, veggies were fresh but little things bugged me. I'm always weary about the 2 aldergrove locations.

Went in and all they had was 2 different kinds of bread and lettuce pickles spinach and olives.i get it was a heatwave but was disappinted

Subway is a franchise so each one is different.
I’ve been to this one trice and each time the employee’s act like they just hate me, and barely put anything on the sandwich. There are better subway’s to spend your money at.

This subway is really good i have had zero problems from this specific location, they are also never out of a certain type of bread

The staff here are great. Warm and friendly. Great attitudes. Will definitely come back again.

Ripped me off.

I ordered 3 subs, but got charged for 4 subs. They won’t refund me.
I believe this was one of the stores that was using past due food ingredients. It makes sense seeing as there are reviews about wilted veggies.

Scam

The lettuce was brown I asked if they had fresh lettuce they told me that lettuce was fresh. Disappointing service.

Only person in there and they still couldn't get the order right. Sandwich was wrong and soup was cold. First and last time in this location. Bring back Quiznos.

Very poor service.ordered veggie sub and got meat sub.when i went back manager denied to give refund and moreover she was not cooperating it was located in aldergrove near by safeway

Brutal subway felt this way since the day it opened just waited 28 mins and I was 4th in line. Dont understand how these people have a franchise.

Awful. Got food poisoning multiple times. Recently learned that they extent their expiry dates of their meat way past what's considered safe. Do not go to this place

Worst Subway ever.no doubt. I just paid for a $11 for a Hard Bun steak sub with The absolute minimal toppings. So basically a throw away sub. Fresh the way you like it.ya right. Same old story every time. Drive to Abby and get a real sub

Brother and I both ordered steak and cheese footlong sandwiches. She used the scoop on my brothers and he received normal amount of meat but for mine she used her hand. When I complained she said that mine had been made with the same scoop I said I watched you use your hands. Refused to add the normal amount to mine. Wont be coming back.
