The two staff that work Saturday mornings at this location (1 male and 1 female) are sooo friendly and really make it a comfortable environment. Really really love bringing my kid here who has special needs as the staff are so engaging and understanding. Thank you to those two staff and subway!

Went there for a quick fixin and this young man named Mason was exceptionally handsome and very helpful. If I could give him a raise I definitely would. 10/10 would recommend

If you have ever been here and had your card declined inexplicably check your bank account! My card was declined twice in a row and I was told it was an issue with their machine and that the transactions had not gone through. So I paid with cash. I look at my account a few days later to find they had gone through. So I had paid for my order 3 times. I contacted the restaurant and was told the owner would deal with it. Never heard back. Called several times and have always been told the same thing. It’s now been over a month and they’ve ghosted me. Great service

Getting better, still wish they would cut my sandwich on a cutting board towards closing time.whats with that? Thats definitely not Food Safe. No metal please

Jacquis was just the best employee you got in the Joint. She was super helpful and so kind. It really made my day! Great service.:)

Customer service was not like usual tonight. Was not addressed or talked to at all regarding my sub and was met with attitude and irritated looks which was unfortunate.

Mobile orders are killing walk in customers. Staff basically stop what they are doing and rush to complete mobile orders. Leads to very long wait times in store.

Obvious cross-contamination as I could taste things that weren’t even in my sandwich. And on top of that, I took a bite and there was a hair in the middle of it. Disgusting.

Please change your gloves and use different knives for each sub.got one delivered and couldnt eat it after 2 bites as i could very clearly taste onions (which i did not ask for)

Went in and the girl working was very rude and bossy towards her co worker basically demanding him to rinse a knife off for her. Not how you treat a team member especially in front of customers!

Good food, sometimes the summer help can have the "I don't want to be here" attitude but they manage acceptable service through it all.

Took forever to get my sub made as the person who was making it was as slow as molasses and I ordered a subway melt and the cheese was not even melted at all.

Fun spot in town. New owner has made some great changes inside. Service is friendly, the girls were great, but they could work on the execution.

Reasonably friendly staff that gave suggestions for what goes well on their new wraps. Good food and nice people.

Subway, like a tim hortons is better than a burger and fries fast food place but still fast food. However, its actually better than a fast food because the ingredients are fresher and healthier. Plus you decide what you want on it and how much. Plus for the meal it's cheaper than the fast food places like tim Horton's or McDonald's.

Came in this evening for a bite and MAAN, the employees are just dial tones. I'm ringing the doorbell but no one's answering.

Just extremely slow and the girl gave me an interesting scoff when I asked for a second sandwich. I could get past that part but just watching them make a sandwich made me want to come around the counter and just help her out. Just. So painful. Sandwich tasted like a sandwich, though!

Kind of overpriced, but all subways are. Sandwiches are fine, and they always make great steak and cheese.

The food was good i just had a weird experience, i was in today ordering food from a girl named nicole and i got the impression she was making work really hard for the gentlemen working with her behind the counter. She was telling him not to take up the whole counter when he was making orders behind her on table, he slides the sandwich up beside her so he can make room for his other sandwiches and she slides it away showing obvious disdain, once he had caught up with his five or more sandwiches he says to the customer nicole will help you with your veggies so he can help the next customer, she responds by saying loudly and rudely infront of us all that they are all for the same order and that he can do it. I asked her to panini my sandwich after i had gotten everything i had asked for and she grunts and says "now you tell me" anyways she paninis it and another girl comes to cash us and nicole talks to her and they obviously whisper to eachother about there disdain for the other employee, im not sure if any of this is warranted but i feel like theres better ways to deal with discomfort from other employees me and my gf felt rather uncomfortable and sorry for the gentlemen. I know this is an enviroment i would not feel comfortable working in.

Fast, clean and affordable. I love the healthier choices and the ability to customize a sizable sandwich.

Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Food is okay, same quality and value as any other Subway location.
