Subway

Ordered on the mobile app and went to pick up when it said it was ready. Went inside and they hadnt even started making our order yet, had to wait another 20 minutes to get our order.

Worst subway I’ve been too, I had a valid coupon that “didn’t work” because apparently they changed their system? Even tho I still have money on my card? The staff did not help fix it at all and I asked for a manger number and they would not give me anyone to talk to and completely left me to deal with it alone. I need a refund, it was pathetic customer service, a complete joke.

Bad customer service (Girl name, KOMAL), I really don’t care about being it good but a bad customer service for no reason at all is which I hate the most. I went in the evening and the girl named KOMAL (tall brown girl) gave me a really bad attitude, she wasn’t seem to care about the order I am telling, I had to repeat and she still messed up and when I corrected her she gave a mean look and got mad raised tone for rest of the order (she even threw a packet of chips on the shelf aggressively). Just a polite suggestion, If you don’t wanna work or don’t like what you do just sit at your home or do your job in a good manner.

Wow! After so long I enjoyed my sub like this, bread, veggies everything was so fresh and tasted delicious, store was also clean. Shoutout to employees working Sunday morning, great food and service!

Worst customer service from Subway ever. Two people working the counter during a dinner rush and very slow.

Was running late to eat food got to the location 5 mins till closing and the amazing kid joshua served us last minute and me and my wife got to eat. This was the most amazing experience i have ever had at subway. Big Thank you Joshua.

Fresh bread and fresh toppings. We went during lunch hour and it was busy but the employees were excellent at keeping customers attended to while maintaining cleanliness and stock. Much better than some of the other locations I've visited in the past.

Please train your manager. I went and ordered 5 kid size subway (veggie). First of all that person (don’t want to mention name even though I have) didn’t knew how to cut bread, completely squeezed it rather than gently slicing from between. She said for kid size you only get to choose Between kinds of breads which was ok. Later she was adding 1 tomato, 2 spinach leaves, 2 olives for sandwich. What the hell that was. It was veggie sandwich with no veggies. When we asked her to do, she said we don’t put veggies for kids. Ohh so your store will be unhealthy and make kids eat just bread. Wow. I was surprised. Staff is better than manager. Looks like saving veggies and money at her end to make more money by selling it. Never ever go to that subway.

Worst customer service. Don’t even know what kind of job are they doing inside the store. My order from skip was ready and the guy in store didn’t even know it’s already made and kept on side. When asked is it our order he said no we need to make it, after 10 mins when I went inside, and asked him is he ready still
Kept saying need to make one and the other girl said no it’s ready and kept on side. Looks likes poor training provided to the boy. Won’t come back to this store. Make me wait and finally I got a weird sub!

I just go to the store on sunday.the lady very rude with us I don't why.i order four sandwich.is tast like very weird.even she did not change gloves.i just wasted my money.and time I Naver seen like this customer service.soo rude.
