Subway

Horrible. Ordered a veggie sub and there is only 1 SMALL pinch of lettuce and very small amount of the other veggies. I could hold all the food in my footlong sub in 1 hand. This is extremely disappointing cause I’ve gotten the same thing for years and never have you guys made it this bad. I never make critical reviews but this is absolutely necessary.

Was in there mid day and we experienced poor customer service, rude staff, and the food was bland, I’ve been eating the same sub for years and this was the worst one I’ve had

I really like this subway location. They make good sandwiches and the bread is always fresh. They're always polite and apologize even if there's the smallest lineup.

Nothing fantastic even with the new reno and products but it's what you expect from a subway. Service was quick tho not overly personable.

It was okay. One of the staff members was kind of rude twords my mother in law who ordered a few minutes after me.

This store gave me phenomenal service even though I did not deserve it. They handled our group order amazingly and handled my stress with class. If you are an individual or a team go to this location, they will take care of you!

Did a skip order.
Wrong bread, missing items in it n very less portion.
Sub was not even worth $5.

Looks like the owner is cutting on portions in a sub to make profits.

Y dont u stop doing Skip orders if u dont make enough in it.

It's all the same. Except when you ask for a receipt, they toss it at you. Really Suneet? And what's up with tipping here? Are we tipping everybody at this point?

Ordered a large amount of subs over the course of 2 days. Super helpful and food was on time and everyone enjoyed it! Great job!

Unfortunately found a piece of hair on my sandwich, pure black hair. I have light brown hair.:)

This particular location is very much hit or miss. There's no happy medium, either you get an edible sub, or you get something that's falling apart and requires reassembly before eating.

With two other locations in town with a much higher degree of consistency, I can't imagine I'll be returning to the Subway on 27th any time soon.

It's a Subway. Staff is always busy but friendly. A few staff members are particularly willing to chat over the years. All of my pre-orders through the app have always been correct. They also honored a birthday discount too. It's always a pleasant experience here. They've never screwed up my order.

Staff had a poor attitude.not helpful at all and minimal toppings on our subs even tho asked for extra of some toppings.

Over charged here. Bill was $40 for 2 sub meals. Cold cut trio and a pizza sub. Darn near the cheapest ft long on the menu. Unfortunately the gent behind the till didn't speak very good English and I was out with my daughter and was not worth scrapping it out. Competent people should be on the till only. I guess he charged us individual items not the meal price.
And the cookies were horrible. Used to be good. Tasted like bought at Superstore.

I asked for olives on my sub but when I looked at their olive container it was covered in mold. I told them and she was just like "I'll mix them up". I still took it and picked them off and it tasted good but might die from mold poisoning so wish me luck people.

Not the worst subway but definitely not the best. I had the steak and cheese and the steak was like it had been put through a blender. Tomatoes were super mushy like they had been sitting in the bin for days before being used.

I have been going here for about a decade now, one of the happiest places on earth. What I usually get is a meatball sub on Italian. Toasted with cheese. Lots of lettuce, a few tomatoes, purple onions and olives. Barbeque sauce, hot sauce, honey mustard and pepper. They called me a menace when I got this sandwich. They said "this is the worst sandwich I have ever had". "How can you eat this? " But worry not, it is the best sandwich you will ever have, trust me.

I was just here and Vivek served me. I find that usually there customer service is not overly friendly. Vivek greeted me with a smile and was super friendly and felt personal. Keep up the good work!

I liked the sub they made. I asked for a toasted sub, as I was pretty baked myself. I was sad upon completing my bag of chips before the sub. I just want equality. Ya know

Service about average, but prices are extremely high for such a fast food joint unless you can find some coupons which nit all of Vernon gets.

The best Subway I have ever been to (and I've been to a lot in both British Columbia as well as Alberta). The food was great (as always) but the sandwich artist who served my mom and I was exceptional. He was incredibly polite, patient, calm, focused, professional, generous and knowledgable. This is the kind of service that everyone hopes to receive but rarely ever does.
To sum everything up: food from every Subway always tastes good and is almost always very fresh and crisp (in all my experiences). I don't write reviews on anything but (based on the service my mom and I received this evening) I figured this small-town restaurant deserved the good recognition, and everyone looking for quality in both food and service needed to know about it.

Normally good. Until today, when my sandwich and the outside of the paper wrapping were covered generously with mayonnaise.

It got all over my truck, I was late for work and didn't get to eat for quite a while as a result.

Great friendly service at this location at the village Green Mall food court. It was fast great service. My sub and my wife's sub was made the way I wanted it. They even cut my bread the old way, the 2 slice triangle cut. Which holds everything in the sandwich. The new way the fixings falls out.

Staff leader was unbearable but there is other Subway's I can go to I enjoy this place without staff like that
