From last three months they dnt have pizza boxes and just giving pizza in burrito bowls lol
The girl i dealt today was nice but rest of the staff i think dnt even know to say thankyou

Zero stars, however there is no option. They put very small amounts of vegetables. I even able to count letus leaves just by looking because there were only five pieces. I asked for extra letus, the girl gave me such a bad looks as I asked for huge favor. Worst Subway. Smallest Subway sandwich I ever have. They should have trained their staff better. Both girls are so busy making their own sandwich and I surprised by looking size sandwich they made for themself and what I am getting.

Manager - Kuldeep Dhillon have no moral at all. Basically promised to refund my order via a giftcard that can be pick up anytime, but didn't followed through. Food weren't edible when I visited.

Long version: contacted Subway online because my 2 footlong subs weren't edible at all, and that was a first for me! I visits many location before and never have problem with the workers or the food until I came to this location.

Kuldeep replied wanting to make things right and that they will issue a refund in the form of a giftcard, that "You can visit store anytime to pick up your subway giftcard"

When I went to pick up the giftcard, the workers have no idea about any giftcard for anyone. They contacted the manager and said it have been a few months, you can't have giftcard anymore (Even though, email clearly stated "anytime" and I had communicated to the manager before that due to my car accident I won't be able to pick it up soon. Beside, it was only a few months, not years).

They basically disregarded me and were shooing me out. Literally threw their hands up and said "We don't make the decision, you can send email to manager again. Talk to the manager, not us! ". Of course I did, and no reply to this date. I tried to contact Subway HQ by other means and got no help (Just bouncing me back to the manager).

The workers, at the end, said that they can make me a sandwich. Problem was food wasn't edible at this location so I would like to go elsewhere. Also, giftcard was supposed to be for 2 footlong subs and a drink, but they want to replace it with "a sandwich". I left.:/

Horrible experience, horrible food, not sure how they are still in business there.

Actually, they are too rude (new staff) and used to misbehaves if you demands somthing special (like grilling bread) even if you are paying for it. Totally disgusting!

A girl called me to tell me they didn't have the cookies I wanted and she was super apologetic, super nice and she told me she would give me an extra cookie for the inconvenience! A new brand cookie they had. And she indeed gave me 3 cookies with the new flavor! I wished I got her name SHE IS REALLY NICE

I love this subway its right beneath my school, the staff is so friendly and always smiling, they are really patient whenever im deciding my order. Its always a good time to sit down here and have my sub. Place always looks clean with a nice scent. They have made a good relationship with the students they have become an essential part of our school. Can’t imagine columbia college without the subway.

Poor service. They don't care about customers needs. Even the packing of the sandwich was too bad.

Really bad customer service. The girl working was very rude. She don’t know how to talk with customers. She needs to learn customer service before working in food court. Disgusting

I have been eating at this place fir almost two years now. They make the best sub among all the places I have tried. The staff is really polite and friendly. Their choco chunk cookie microwaved for 15 seconds tastes so delicious. And usually the other places do not grill the sandwich after putting veggies but this place does and this makes the sandwich even more crunchy and delicious.

They kindly let us use their washroom when my daughter needed to go. However.the sandwich I ordered gave me food poisoning for days I cannot recommend this place to anyone after that experience.

I love to go this subway, sometimes they are too busy still give there best. Staff is too good.

I haven't been to a subway sub in years. I used to love their meatball subs but they had changed into something that you didn't even have to chew. The meat would dissolve instantly in your mouth. A footlong wouldn't even fill me up anymore. Add to that their employees were rude and vendictive to say the least.
I was very pleasenyly surprised today when my only option at the time was Subway Sub. The two young ladies working there were very pleasent and the sub was exactly the way they were when Subway Sub first opened.
I don't know if any other locations are like this one but I'll never go by this location without stopping.

Clean washroom and kitchen, easy parking, friendly staff. Recently updated. My go to place downtown.
