Very disappointed.
Lazy staff.
Restaurant open till 10pm but they are not taking customers.
My wife is sick and I thought to have subway for dinner tonight.
So I went there at 9: 46pm. But they did not let me come in and refused to service that we closed at 9: 40pm. I mean like what Is that.

Another important thing when I parked my car in the parking the short guy wearing ADIDAS saw me coming and gave reaction and lipsing of ABUSE. Anyone can tell he just abused bcoz I was last customer

But after this I could not stop myself to make a review as It s subway in my neighborhood and I always go there whenever we feel like eating subway.but today You guys sucks.
I can clearly see that u r not a happy staff and ready to serve.

Now I waited for them to see what time they get out. They actually get out at 10: 04Pm. Who in the world can close store in less than 4 mins.

It's very clear staff here sucks and overly smart.

Today I came here at 7: 44 pm. Two young guy's served me really well, I really appreciate that. They have a great dining space and clean environment.
I love to come this place every single day.

The BEST subway location I have ever been to. Amazing service and super clean. I will drive out of my way to eat at this location if I'm craving Subway. Definitely 5 stars!

Showed up at 9: 45 tonight after rushing across town before close. As i open the unlocked door all the gates are up and the worker tells me “sorry we are closed” If you are going to close 15 minutes early please put that in your business hours to save people the drive and time. Have a feeling he just wanted to go home early as he was the only worker.

Best subway I’ve ever been to! The staff is so nice and funny! Best location in Langley by far and super clean

Had a steak and cheese sub from here yesterday, got home a few hours later and ended up with food poisoning! Up all night qith stomach cramps and vomiting! This was the only thing i had ate that day so it was from the sandwich!

Not a good experience today (about 11: 00 am, November 30th)
Firstly, when I arrived, a young man was berating a young women and didn't really let up the entire time.
Secondly, while making my sandwich, the young man scooped some of the ham slices off my order (after it had been cooked), saying after I asked what? , " we gave you too much I'm going to eat these.

I get this same order at least 3 times a week (for years now) and know how many ham slices are on the sandwich. Berating the young women (in a foreign language) is front of me, while she's attempting to complete my order, is very unprofessional.

My recommendation is to not go to this Subway location. It'll leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Great location. This location is Always clean. The ingredients are Always fresh. Consistently. Sarpreet always greets you with a warm welcome. 5 stars. Keep up the good work. Rakesh is a good dude too.

Food was very good. We paid 36 Canadian Dollars for 3 and a half sandwiches. Good prices. As an American who lives in Washington these were very cheap. In Seattle we would pay $55+ and tax. The lady was working late at 11pm. We were very hungry. I had a sandwich with all sauces. Definitely a great experience.

Service was very good, but the food was terrible. Sandwich was so small and the sub tasted bland. Never going back. And ask for tip LOL what a joke

This is my favorite subway in Langley. Its clean and the staff are fantastic. All of the toppings are fresh.

Amazing employees. I was pushing my childern in a stroller yesterday in the rain and I look over and the young men working were making my my kids laugh. Before we could walk away they ran two fresh out of the oven cookies out to us. This little act of kindness made our day.

Dropped in to this location as I was in the area. It was busy as it was lunchtime, but it didn't matter - this was a "well oiled machine. ". The owner or manager was courteous, and efficient. Not all Subway franchises are operated in this manner - I'll be back based on the service.

The service I received today was exceptional. I went to two other local subways looking for chicken noodle soup and I was told the soup was sold out. But Sarv and Jass work at this location told me to wait for about 7 mins and they will make soup for me and they did.

Friendly staff, fresh ingredients and establishment is kept pretty clean. The staff here cares to get your order right, so there is no rush to clear out the customer queue. One can have a decent fairly healthy meal here with the variety of vegetables they have for your selection in your sandwich. Parking can be a bit sparse in this mini mall during peak hours when the other tenants are open.

Was not impressed how rude the guy serving was to the courier. He needs to work on his customer service.
