Subway

The location on Springfield by ICBC was not knowledgeable or careful regarding gluten free options. They said they don’t have gluten free meat, just buns. I asked if they put the buns on the top rack in the toaster and she said it’s only one rack.

Determined to keep trying, I looked online and named the meats they listed online. She rolled her eyes at me and said “fine fine”.

She used CC’d gloves and knife to open the first bun (that was in tact but needed to be cut). When I asked if the knife was clean she threw out the bun.

Then she got a new bun that fell apart as soon as she tried to open it. She told me they were all falling apart and she wasn’t wasting another bun.

I left without a sandwich. I will try for gluten free options at Subway another day, but not that location.

Cheap, the first time I heard we have to stick to sandwich designs. Honestly I would choose other subway locations than this one.

Business hours posted on the door are open 9: 00 AM on Saturday. I have been waiting one hour and they are still closed.
They should update posted hours

Get coupons in the mail yesterday so hubby and I decided let’s go to subway…we order and when we present our coupon we’re told we’ve already used our coupon so we can’t use it. Ummm how so? We just tore it off the little booklet from the mail! We try to explain this but they said no you’ve used it we can’t use it again. So we left without our sandwiches.

Was in today Nov 3 at about 3pm. The girl working is absolutely impossible to understand and she barks at you as if your there to cause her problems and your a translator. Hire better employees.

Didnt have a mask on me, and asked immediately if they had one. Let me stand in line while looking and came back to tell me they don’t have one and kicked me out. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

Food is okay. Staff are terrible human beings. Last time I was here the staff were too busy arguing and shouting each other to notice they had customers coming in the door. When one of them finally did take notice of the line slowly beginning to form two of them continued arguing VERY LOUDLY with each while one came out to serve. The argument was so loud that I could not hear the girl trying to take my order.

All that anger they put in the air spread as well, two people who had already been served and seated at a table began arguing angrily with each other, I ended up getting angry because I couldn't hear what the person taking my order was saying and she could barely hear me, the people who came in behind me started to get angry likely for the same reason. Just an all around miserable experience and it's not the first time at this location. If the people here want to have such bad attitudes toward each other they should probably be sent to the unemployment line. I know I wouldn't put up with staff who bicker and argue in front of customers.

This location has always been good.till today the veggies were actually frozen ice all up the sides of the bins freezer damage. The steak was some non discript cat food looking meat that they scooped onto the sandwich. The employee spent the whole time couching over the workstation and the food. No thanks.

When you're hungry, don't have much time and only have $6, Subway has your back!
I wish the bread was nicer. It feels like abuse lol. There's also a certain persistent smell that Subway has, which I find off-putting (I think it's from their weird bread), but if you only eat there once in a while it probably won't make you nauseous

Amazing staff always happy to help and follows just the way you say to make the best subway sandwich you could wish!
