Everything was amazing. I never leave reviews but the bread, veggies and cookies were all so fresh that I had to leave a review

Unfortunately, the sandwich had really old slimy spinach that had to be picked off. Not what you would expect with a $10+ sandwich. I don't plan on going back to this location.

I came at 9: 20pm on a Monday and it closes at 10pm and the worker had closed everything up early so when I went in he was like no I can’t serve you. They should fire him

Service was fine…just too bad they ruined a rice bowl with putting the rice on top! So all the veggies at the bottom are buried in warm rice and the dressing is on top of the rice and not the veggies. Apparently that’s how it supposed to be at Subway… no bueno!

The sandwiches are good but this location hasn't offered soup in the past few months and I'm not a fan of cookies or chips. They do have parking out front which is convenient for take out.

Worst subway experience I’ve ever had, one slow train is making 8 door dash sandwiches before even starting my order all while his trainer was sweeping air off the floor at a snails pace and didn’t think once to hop back behind the counter with 5 of us waiting in line. 30 mins for a subway stop is ridiculous. Will never be back

What an absolute joke. Went to this subway at 840 tonight (20 minutes before close) and open sign was off and door was locked. I saw the workers inside staring at me while they were closing early. Not the first time they have closed before their posted hours.

I stood for 10minutes waiting to be served but no one noticed me come in and all 3 workers were too busy in the back chatting to even notice I was there, i said hello but i dont think they could hear me.so i left, not one of 3 employees even came out to see if there were customers.
This was at 4: 15pm, Wednesday July 6th/22, at Lawrence Ave Subway.
As of writing this, watching another customer waiting and not being served.

The female working today showed no respect at all. It showed the male person working with her was super helpful till the end and all we could see her do was rudeness and attitude with zero customer service and with AirPods on and just running away to deal with us and thankful for the other co-worker with her showed us respect and dealt with us.

Why prioritize door dash orders with multiple people in line at the store? I'm not going to wait 10 minutes for you to make all the delivery orders so they can just wait to be picked up. Went across the street to medi mart for a better sandwich instead of waiting here

The worst Subway location I have ever been to. Have gone a couple times since it is close by, consistently poor service, poor quality subs. Will not be visiting again.

Veggies sliced very very thin - no Swiss cheese anymore leave the subway the way it used to be or change the name so people stop getting ripped off

Update I just tried again hoping that they might have changed I will never ever go back! Dosent even taste like subway I've been to subway all over Alberta and BC i only ate half and threw the rest out
I've never worried about eating out somewhere now I will only eat at the ones I know for sure

Subway is a good place to have a bite. Most of the time is fresh food and with a bunch of variety of bread, it's just amazing. 'Junk food'? I don't know, I ll rather say 'fast food'. Because they serve you quick and efficiently.
