Staff is completely bad, no one knows how to smile, no one knows what is customer service or what guest means. I usually visit here for my dinner between 10-11: 30pm but now maybe I have to stop because today I heard employees gossiping about customers way of talking and everything so now I feel kind of embarrassed like I am talking nicely to those people who can't even give you a smile and even taking bad after so please stop putting your fingers on money only and try to show some respect back

Really bad service, girl name jas was so rude, I ask for veggie sandwich with patty and she just gave me only veggies with bread, and the bread was burnt. When I ask her about the veggie patties she said oh I didn’t charge you for that. I paid 6 dollar extra for that and her face expression was terrible. So disgusting first and last visit for this restaurant.

Very bad customer service. The lady was using same gloves for vegies after touching meat and pork. Politely told the older lady that your coworker is using same gloves for vegies after touching meat. The older lady got mad saying we dont care we always use the same gloves for everything. She further said she is not vegetarian and we do not have such instrructions to use different gloves. So i replied then why do you guys carry vegetarian option.
I also added i am not mad i am just politely telling you. But her response was WE DONT CARE! Such shameful response needs to be corrected. I hope this review goes to the person who owns it and will make some amendments. Peace.

Worst, food was not fresh and staff ignores like they don’t want to take order.

I ordered a VEGGIE delight for delivery and they gave me toasted bread with chipotle sauce… I don’t know how that happened but this is ridiculous

Brutal service every time I go there, I am ignored for 90% of my order. Staff are all ignorant and there’s just no customer service whatsoever. They talk amongst themselves the whole time, I might as well just make my own sandwich.

I ordered from skip and this is what i got. They have terrible staff. This is not acceptable.

I was in there and watched them make someones skip the dishes order and they put like 3 spinach leafs on the sandwich no joke. And 4 cucumber slices. It was a foot long sub. So wild.

The staff was very rude and uncaring. This was the first time I experienced this. I had been to this store before. Previous experience were nice and they make really good sandwiches.

They were not even welcoming or greeting customers. I know the store was busy but that is part of the role. It might get busy sometime and free sometime.

Not an experience I was looking for.

@management: hire more employees if required so the staff is not overburdened.

The food was good, but the sandwich artist had her nose out of her mask. She then gave excuses on why she doesn't like it on her nose, but in the food industry there is no excuse for not complying with health regulations. She reluctantly put her mask over her nose after I insisted and explained how breathing works and how the virus is transmitted, symptomatic or not. After she finished making my food, she reiterated that she doesn't want it over her nose. There should really be more strict training and rules for health and safety compliance and explanations to the staff so that they are aware of WHY they have to wear the mask and other PPE.
