Subway

I got the salad here. Very small amount of veggies. It cost 9.54. I have had this salad at many other subway locations and it has always been worth it.not so much here

This place is not only dirty but the food service is also “dirty” they literally throw filling on the bread so carelessly and the cross contamination is insane. Onions inside lettuce lettuce inside olives. No sort of proportion when it comes to sauces. And they will make repeated mistakes on your order and rather than making a new sandwich they literally scoop it off with their hands. The way they sandwiches are made is literally disgusting. I’m not sure why the subway franchise still allows this place to operate.
Lastly the customer service always sucks. They don’t even apologize when they make a mistake in your order. But rather they’ll try to force you to take the dirty sandwich

This seems to be the most expensive Subway in the city. Prices were almost $1 more than at others

Subway needs to train their employees on customer service and common sense decisions. Wife placed an order online for pickup. When she got there, she wanted to place another order for 3 more meals. Employees told her she can only place one order at a time? Even the manager on site said that same thing, even though she was asking to place a separate new order. This employees (lunch time October 8th), couldn't even digest that she wanted to put another order, on top of the ones werr already being prepared. They could had lost the whole sale, if it wasn't for a bunch of hungry people waiting for lunch. Unacceptable at this stage on the Subway franchise. As too me they are losing major value and not properly training their employees for the new norm will completely destroyed them. Subway head office, let's talk about new modern day training from the people, your loyal customers.

Bought 2 subs yesterday.ordered via app. Got home and see almost no ingredients (protein and veggies). Almost all bread. Wth?

Compared to other subways this place is usually clean, I always ask for an obnoxious amount of cucumbers and they do it with no extra charge so bonus points for customer service

I go here often as I work in the area. And the staff working at this location is friendly and they make amazing subs, always consistent. You go ladies, thanks for always getting my super complicated sub always right! However, there is an older male that is often at this location, unsure if he's management, owner or just another worker but if you speak the language (Punjabi) and sit down to eat. You can hear how he speaks to these women, and it is not pleasant. He needs to learn to treat people with respect. I feel bad for the staff, no one should be spoken to like that in a workplace.

Be careful of how much its staff charge you especially when you pay with your smart devices such as phones or watches. There were 2 staff working there. The thinner one didn’t even bother to print me a record of the transaction. Not even mention she gave me attitude, didn’t let me finish telling her what veggies I wanted in my sandwich, started wrapping it away. I had an intuition to go back to ask for a receipt, then they couldn’t find it until they realized that they charged me a wrong item which was $1 more than I ordered. The worse part is that she’s checking her cell phone while she came from the back when I was in the front waiting for getting a receipt.
I am hoping the store manage can see this message and get his or her staff trained better to serve customers properly.

Subway is my favourite place to visit! But this time was the worst experience for me to eat here at this location! Not good customer service bread was old and was not even able to chew that one. Was very hard! Waited for employee to help but no one came out to help.in short not good experience!

Good subway location with nice friendly staff. The major downside to this location is a very small parking lot and traffic. Often times due to traffic you can only leave the parking lot headed East-bound where there are limited opportunities to turn around.

Although I dont come to this Subway the guy named Gurpreet was awesome despite him working late at night and he deserves 5 stars, keep it up dude.
