Terrible store.showed them a coupon and would not honor it.and says they dont accept it there.will never buy there again.

Excellent vegetarian sub. Staff were seriously slow, and everyone waiting could tell the two of them did not want to be there.

Nice food, nice people working there, always clean, never had a washroom session like usually after fast food so already worth 5*

Usually pretty happy with this location but not today. I had placed an order through my subway app and to mention this is the only subway I order from, there was a deal to recieve 6 free cookies with my purchase of any 2 footlongs upon picking up my order I was told they wouldn't honor it because it didn't show up on the order. The lady called the manager and they still wouldn't. Horrible customer service. I do tend to order from this location every week, great way to lose a customer.

Ordered on skip…Fresh bread and ingredients. They made us delicious sandwiches with their TLC and exactly as ordered. Thank you Ladies see you soon

Slowest service, like they are moving in slow motion and could care less. There is one older lady that is great but the rest are horribly slow or barely understand me.what happened to masks too? You are preparing food and speaking while doing so without a mask, common sense, common Stupidity.

Went there today, new staff, exact same service. Zero urgency, everyone moving in slow motion like zombies. Good to see progress.

Ordered from Uber and since there was no options for special instructions I tried calling this location but they will NOT answer.

Very poor customer service, the sandwich was a total mess. The lady at the front desk (gurleen) was trying her best but she was rushing so much. This location is short staffed and need to work better in serving their customers. Worst experience ever.

The staff was very rude. I ordered new signature bowl, none of the item was chopped in the bowl, the quantity was very less, the quality was poor. Even we were charged extra for the food. If their was an option of negative rating i would have given that. I went by 8 pm in the evening. Waste of money and tym.

Hello I just went to Subway with my 2 boys they got a foot long sub and I got a chicken bowl with a big 2 chunks of chicken big chunks of veggies and everything for for a bowl rice chicken and a wand what do I get I get all everything all and big chunks with a spoon a plastic spoon that is uncalled for I do not like that 1 bit when everything should have been all chopped up and a fork and a knife Or something to eat your food I give one star and I spend a little over $31
