I asked for a coffee and she told me to go to Tim Hortons even though Subway sells coffee.

Be aware and check your receipt. I ordered a sandwich as is on the menu, they charged me extra hams on top without telling me. Did not know until I came home and going through my expenses during travel.
On another occasion, my wife used a coupon, they seemed to be upset about it and did not even wrap the sandwich properly.
Avoid this place as best as you can.

Terrible! They decided to just about double their prices because this location is in the airport! Unethical and immoral way of doing business. People should NOT be buying from this place, if you are then you are contributing to the problem!

I am extremely disappointed at the service here.
First, I ordered a 6inch steak n egg sub, but was charged for a footlong.

I communicated this with the staff and they were not even willing to admit the problem saying the staff left, and there is no manager working on that day.

The sub was pathetic and tasted really stale.

Please stay away.

Highly unprofessional staff. I visited on 5May2023 around 6-7pm. First they did not allow to apply any promotion, then they overcharged me (two staff, one Indian Punjabi and other seemed like Philippine). Later when I realised and told them that I will complain to the authorities, they got scared and started pointing each other that she charged. Later the extra charge was refunded. But seemed like they do this all the time and god knows how many have ended paying extra to them. Poor service and highly unprofessional staff.

Had a really bad experience, a Philippines lady behaved so rude when i asked her to take my order. I was waiting there for 10 min and she was just doing other stuff. Not good customer service at all. Also the sub was worst I felt like to vomit after consuming it.

Fast, considerate and delicious. My server even cut each sub in 2 halves and wrapped separately in case we wanted half now and half on the flight. No complaints. I ignored previous 1 star reviews and I recommend you do too:)

Staff are far too slow and laid back for an airport service (where there are so few food options). Waited for 30 minutes queuing and waiting for them to dreamily prepare two basic wraps and a salad. They also tried to grill my wrap which had fresh salad in it - why? ! So stressful, not at all worth it.

Very bad service specially at night time. Too much rude staff.
I will never go there again.

5 July, 1: 30 am. Such a super slow service. Lady has no interest in making food. She’s moving like really calm and easy even though a huge line up. Taking 15 minutes for each sub. Poor service! Wasted my half an hour for a simple sub.

2 stars for the 2 ladies working so hard and running the show, i dont understand why you thibk its okay to understaff and over work your staff and cause massive line ups

Very rude employees, poor food quality, and food handling is extremely poor. One of the worst subways.
