I went after so long and my experience was too good. Excellent food quality and service by staff.

Really good service. I am so amazed with the service since it was my first time ordering subway. Just had an awesome experience. Definitely coming back to this location and will suggest others to visit.

I like to think that I have built up a pretty high tolerance for bad customer service in this city. I'm not easily bothered anymore, but THIS PLACE.my god. The way these employees talk to you and try to stare you down is just unacceptable. I almost walked away, but I felt bad leaving my sandwich half-made and then being thrown out.

Drink wasn't cold at all when I ask them to give me ice in cup she said cups are out of stock. Why they are running business if they can't even have cups in stock

One of the worst experiences. There are 2 girls working here extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't how to take orders or even listen to customers. They were so dumb and rude that even after saying what the order was they were unable to process it. They make up faces everytime say something. Extremely terrible.

Really like the service provided by Sukhman, welcomed with a great smile on the face. Would prefer to visit this location again.

Mohini and Tajinder best service from both of them even treated in a sweet way as well as in a polite way must visit and enjoy meal

Just went to this location today. The girl (Mohini) who was helping us was so rude without any reason. She doesn’t even know how to talk to a customer and girl on the front counter too (Tajinder). Maybe teach them how to talk to a customer. Also, didn’t wanted to give this place one star. It wasn’t even busy that time.

I visit there around 6: 00-06: 30 pm. Girl taking our order was so rude. No smile on face. There was no line up that time but still that girl was just watching here and there while talking with me.
She was just showing her frustration on me. There is no guidance for new customers. Not suggesting the menu or anything like do we need bun toasted or not, do we need cheese or anything on it. When I told the other girl who was working there at counter that I found this girl very rude then she replied that it depends.
Instead of saying sorry for their bad customer service they were saying that it depends. What kind of answer is this.
Both Indian girls were showing attitude for no reasons.
There are some basic manners to say sorry and thank you while dealing with customers, that they really need to learn.

Just went to subway around 7: 30 tonight and the 2 women working there were extremely rude. They were getting annoyed with me about a coupon and when I told them it’s okay I wasn’t going to use it the girl rolled her eyes, then I asked to add bacon to my sandwich and she had a problem with that as well. This subway really needs to do better the amount of comments and complaints that have been made but no true accountability of change has been made. People have bad days all the time but don’t reflect you bad attitude on the paying customers.
I am truly disappointed and I will not be putting anymore money into this company.
