Such dishonest and ridiculous people in management. They get small business handyman to come to do repair at the store and then donot pay them. Shin Bahia, as her colleagues also reported hasnt paid bills of several service providers after getting work done. Then they blame a handyman for no reason at all and stopped responding to calls to pay. In these times when it's already hard for a small business handy guy to survive, these people are stealing! Worse!

I sent my son in to grab us some subs
We tried eating them when we got home 5min away my son said his sub tasted off.
I opened his sub up the lettuce was brown rotten gross.
I got 3 bites into my sub wich had no lettuce a found myself eating a long dark brown hair it was all I could do not to puke rite there at the table

It's hit or miss at this location in terms of service, sometimes it can be painfully slow, it really depends on who is serving you.tonight I was served by an asian lady and another young guy who seem to be capable enough at their jobs and do it quick enough.

Not one to bash workers and always give people the benefit of the doubt but this was honestly the worst subway I’ve been to. Had to tell them what I wanted multiple times and it still wasn’t done right and when I told them they ignored me. We were the only people there so it wasn’t a case of poor hearing. They toasted my sub when I said I didn’t want it toasted and when I told the worker I didn’t want that she wouldn’t remake it. And didn’t put any of the things on the great goddess that’s suppose to be there, such as the avocado when I asked for it, again I was ignored. Very disappointed.

The last 3 times here I've been screwed over on pricing & twice the sandwich has not been made correctly/toasted correctly.

I came here & ordered a Pizza Sub with ham, a bag of chips & a medium drink, was told $24.90. I go to the subway in Garrison crossing once per week & am charged $15.40 every time, an almost $10 difference! Thats a whole other sandwich.
They "Fixed" the mistake by reducing it to $19. I was in a rush so I paid.

Came back a few weeks later thinking that was a 1 time ordeal, was told 18.70 & the sandwich despite me pointing & saying what I'd like on was somehow done incorrectly. Same with Double toasting as it somehow came out uncooked on both times. I left without my sandwich or paying & don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

Really busy, so waited a while but they were obviously trying their best to keep up so i can’t really complain.

We went to this location yesterday and the counter was filthy. Bread crumbs all over. Pepper all over the tomato bin. Sauce laying on its side on the counter. Lettuce spilled all over. Made my stomach turn thinking about how unsanitary it looked. When things slowed down the employees were on there phones rather than cleaning up. They didn’t seemed bothered or think anything of the mess.

Probably the cleanest annd quickest Subway in town. The guy who made my sub was so fast and efficient

Good location for a subway. I was there at the beginning of lunch. One of the workers took a break just as the lunch rush was starting. I ended up having a long wait, even though the person in front of me gave up and left. The food was good and the atmosphere was clean and new.

Worst meal ever. My wife had the Chicken Bacon Rice bowl. Halfway through the meal she started throwing up violently. It appears that the chicken had gone rancid. She also had to miss work the following day due to this. We will not be getting food from here anytime soon. We are also filing a complaint with Subways Corporate Office, and posting to as many blogs as possible to ensure noone else has to go through this.
