Subway

Thank you to Jishnu for the amazing customer service and for taking the time and making the best subs I've ever had from subway! Whenever he's working I always know my sub is going to be on point:)

Stopped in a Friday night and the fella that helped me was awesome. Friendly, efficient, and legit made the sandwich good! Hope he stays around.

Horrible service and food. Drenched in sauce completely soggy. Salad 0 lettuce, uncut veggies, not impressed.

Like most service in Kelowna the brown girls working here were only there to do the absolute minimal amount of work required by the job description. I had to repeat my order requests a couple times and that listening and responding is pretty much all they have to do!

This guy helped me figure out what was wrong with my subway gift card it was having technical difficulties well done!

When dining in at subway, food was great but the costumer experience was not good, ordered a combo and was refused my drink. Afterwards I went to buy a drink and was ignored.overall food was great, manager was rude: (

Trouble with coupon. Employee didn't know how to operate their POS system. Wasted 15min getting it to work and by the time I left the sandwichs were cold.

Overall not a bad experience, 1 of the employees doesnt really speak english so it's hard to get my order through but everyone else is fantastic

Jishnu is the best worker ever. He makes this subway the best! He is a great sandwich maker and always has a smile!

The two newer males there just mumble, don’t listen to your order at all squish your bread till it’s a dense sheet of dough, and may or may not make snarky remarks in their language if the customer corrects them.

We ordered a ham and double bacon. Got no bacon asked another employee hey this needs double bacon. He said yes charged us for the double ham (we did not ask for) and double bacon.we get home there's no bacon at all. They need to at least listen to the orders. Plus squished the sandwich to the point it's a flat bread.

The service was absolutely horrible, full line of people with no motivation behind the counter. 2 couples walked out without service do to extreme slow speeds. Servers did not speak clearly and mumbled to customers. Will not be visiting again.

Mozza was extra because its a protein!? I believe if you have a pizza sub you should not have to pay extra for mozza cheese.

Firstly, I’ve been to many other subways, but never this location. The last location that I visited, north of here, made me think that I would never visit a subway again.
Frankly, my experience at this location was the opposite of the last one. I didn’t review the last location because it would have been all negative.
Negativity aside, I just want to say that this location close to the intersection of Highway 33 and Rutland Road has the most friendly staff of any subway I’ve ever been to. Further, the gentleman who made my sandwich at approximately 6: 20 PM on March 4,2023… I think his name tag was close to Vishnu. (apologies for not getting the name precise) the fella that made my sandwich, I watched him make it, and it seemed like he was making it for either himself, or for a family member… He put guacamole on every square centimeter of that foot long bun… I’ve never seen that before. Attention to detail in a fast and efficient environment is difficult to achieve. This is the only subway location I will frequent from now on.
Note: I’m giving five stars because they did everything right. This is five stars, based on the evaluation of fast food restaurants.
