I would like to mention about Harman's incredible service while my recent visit. However; I had a complain regarding their chicken which was uncooked; an emplyee 'Nidhi' took my complain into a proper considersation.
I really would like to thank both Nidhi as well as Harman for making my visit worth-coming.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. Server named Nidhi was extremely rude and cursed me for no apparent reason. She threw my sandwich across the table. What has subway become. This place use to be good few years. But servers like nidhi are ruining the place with their attitude

I asked for Italian herb bread they gave me normal bread when I asked that it doesn’t look like Italian herb, she mentioned …we only have brown and white bread and she justified …that bread is bread doesn’t matter …God help Canada from these people

One of the better locations out there. Could be a bit cleaner and staff could use some customer service training, but food was good and it's a Subway in a poorer part of Surrey, so yeah.

I placed my order to Harman and she don’t know how to make sub. Staff was not good. Even she start talking about me with her other friend and showed rude behaviour to me. Poor experience. Always recommend to go another location.

Like always they think your a wrabbit lol to much lettuce only thing it's hard too see the prices of everything there new subs that are numbered are rediculasly priced at 16$ for the steak n bacon sub won't do that again

I just visited Subway at around 9: 55 PM and placed my order. After receiving the order we started eating there and cashier told us something but I didn’t get it what she was saying but she was nice to us. After that manager of the store came and the way she told us that we cannot eat the food in the restaurant was so rude. It was a total disrespect for a customer, worst customer service by such people who don’t deserve such positions.

Hey, I just wana aware to the customer by just sharing my recently experience. Actually my friend has ordered subway from here. He actually anticipates that bread should be toasted, he was not mentioned that but when he told to the girl is working there in a polite manner, she was so rude instead of improving her mistake. While we noticed our bread was so freezes and hard to eat, also there was no sauce on the top of the topics, that we can expect from them. We pay money for that but we didn’t recieve good service. Instead of improving, one of the girl working there fell in the argument with us, we are so polite to her. Sometimes customer felt bad because we pay money and we expect good customer services. Hope you understand!

If I could give below zero. I should give that. The girl at the counter does not know how to talk with customer. Worst customer service ever. The lady at the counter is very rude. Go to any other location but don’t go there.

This is the review for the owner your employee who worked on 27 mar 2022 8.30am morning lady super rude and arrogant no manners at all. The lady don’t know what the customer service is.

It took 15 mins just to order they didn't care that the place had a bunch of homeless people in it causing distress to the customers wouldn't go to this subway.

Amazing service by Nidhi. She followed all instructions and made very good subway sandwiches.
