Soon I walked in, Asian with glasses, gave rotten look, barely there 1 minute, she was super inpatient, put here hands on her hips and motioned, like I was taking to long, I was there less then a min, super rude, never go back said to her that's why no one comes here, she gave me dirty look, walked out.need someone else to manage that place, too bad I'm a diabetic, love subways

Buisness hours are wrong. Been here twice when it was 'open' to get here and it is closed.

Taking into account how many staff was lost from graduating and/or just quitting the owner is doing a fantastic job keeping the ship together. The food has always been great and it is a great place to eat if you want to read or do homework.

I love Subway and have been to many locations in many provinces across the country, and these sandwiches and salads are unfortunately the skimpiest I have seen by a significant margin. I come out with a really flat $14 sandwich, and I don't want to have to ask to put more of each and every topping. That doesn't make for a pleasant experience.

And last time I went to get a salad, there was an almost empty cucumber tray, and I love cucumber on salads/sandwiches, and I was very bluntly told, "We don't have any. I have no time to cut more. " This was at about 4 p.m. I mean why is there no cut cucumber ready to go? Why not start cutting some? There was no line-up. I was the only person at the counter. I have also seen spinach that I would love, but always pass as every time there are just a few wilted pieces. When it gets like that, it needs to be dumped and replenished.please.

But this is an easy fix: beef up those sandwiches by at least 2x, and 25% more for the salads, without having to keep asking for more toppings. And also, please make sure you have fresh toppings ready to go. Hopefully, this changes as I do love Subway. Thank you.

5 years ago I had given this place, my hometown subway, a 5 star review.however.since the new owner. I have refused to eat here, as have 90% of tumbler ridge.
The food is food- the customer service from the manager is 0 stars. She is absolutely horrendous. She is cold, vile and down right rude.
Its pretty bad when tourist come on the tumbler ridge fb pages and complain about the customer service they've received there from her.
Its even worse when the going tumbler ridge joke is "I'm craving subway, i wonder who's working? "

2nd time earing here in two weeks, both times service was unprofessional and uncaring. Yeah I know it's fast food in a very small town but the Asian women who was working there both times is unpleasant. Short on meats (bacon both times) and the veggies are gross, brown lettuce and green tomatoes. Don't even think about asking for anything special. Won't be wasting my money here again

We went to eat at this subway on July 29 2023 at 1: 52pm PST. Food was ok, no complaint there. Service was very bad though. The person seemed to be in a rush to take our orders and was not friendly at all. Also we had to clean the table before eating there as it was not clean.

Service by the young guy was good, but the older individual was not so nice. She didn’t say hi, bye or thanks for coming- she just took our money after saying “chips, cookies or drink? ”. The produce was empty and looking kind of sad, the bathrooms were pretty gross- one wasn’t fit to use.

Very poor service! And quality of food was not good. I've gone there twice in the last 3 months. Used to be almost daily when they had great service and staff! I went there again today and was treated poorly as I was the last time as well. By 2 different people.the BLTs she made for us only had bacon today for meat. I then asked for the container of assorted cookies that I have been buying from Subway for many years. She pulled out the tray from the back room and threw 2 kinds of cookies in a box. I asked where the Double Chocolate and the oatmeal raisin cookies were and she said they've never been in the containers of assorted cookies. I tried to tell her I've been buying them that way for ever. She finally threw 2 oatmeal rain cookies in a bag for me. I get home and every single one of them was dried out.her demeanor is not good for when it comes to dealing with the public. I will not be back to this location til something changes there.
**I just want to add on that the students that work there are awesome. So if you go after school and on the weekends that's your best shot at getting great customer service! **

Horrible service and sub was sloppy and fell apart because of the over dose of dressing. Have not returned to give a second chance since visiting in November. May try a lunch option to see if it is any better. It depends on if the same person is behind the counter as to whether I will order again. They had the worst attitude and NO people skills. I felt as if I was interrupting them in a negative manner. Not a great impression to put off to customers.

The staff member was anything but friendly. I would have to say almost rude. I have to say this was the worst customer service I have experienced through out Tumbler Ridge. I have been trying to show support for the local businesses but it is highly unlikely I will step back into this subway ever again. Plus the veggies were not fresh for the late breakfast, early lunch menu. Disappointed for what I received vs.what I paid.

The younger girls running this subway in the evenings need some further training. You could tell they were bothered when customers came in because they had their friends hanging out in the restaurant with them. I’m not sure who the manager is but some serious restructuring, supervision and training is needed.
