Absolutely pathetic!
I ordered a sub from this restaurant and when I went to pick it up, it was closed.
My money got deducted and I never got a refund.

Really badd customer service. We were only two customers in the whole store but the girl (sunpreet) couldn’t be nice to us and her body language and expressions were awful. I guess she’s fed up from the work. Please get her some vacations!

Order through Uber eat. Got my subway even not properly pack when I receive my food and saw it everything was out off the bread. If there is no star choice I will go with that.

Visited the store today around 8-9 PM ish
The guy who works there has zero sense of what customer service looks like. He was extremely rude. We decided not to order anything from him and walked away. Owners please check the reviews

I was there just now 20th july 7.49 pm, that indian guy on the counter was so so so rude. He was frustrated for sure and was with zero customer service. I will never visit there during his shift for sure.

Gagan was servering was very angry while serving smashing and tapping things around pls provide extra staff he alone can’t handle

They guys needs to work on their guest service. I know it’s frustrating if you are working alone and there are so many guests coming up but here you need to understand guest expectations which seems to be more important when it comes to run a business.

I do not eat at the subway regularly, but every once in a while, I enjoy a pizza sub with a 750ml bottle of Pepsi.
