Service is wonderful, their food is very tasty and neatness. The soup, I fail in love with it. The quantity of the soup is a bit small. Sandwiches and dressings are awesome. The lady on the prep area is nice and kind-hearted.
Average, very satisfying. Location is perfect for RJH patients, workers, and visitors, I might say. Good job, ladies.

Worst food that’s ever been near my mouth. Stale GF bread, overcooked and stale ingredients, terrible service. Go hungry rather than eating here!

Just I can't eat brown bread but they gave me italian herbs and cheese on brown bread

As one of my colleagues would say " victoria's finest sandwhich joint". The staff in this subway are next level good in comparison to every subway I have ever attended (thousands). Cant say enough about how good they are

The manager Paulo and his team are amazing. Great service, with fresh ingredients - no green tomatoes.
The staff are all super friendly and most of the hospital staff seem to know Paulo by name. If only every Subway had a Paulo! I highly recommend this Subway location at RJH. Best Subway in Victoria for sure.

Not a good experience as I left my tumbler in the store and the evening staff confirmed that they kept it that time when they found it. Sadly when I called the next day, the manager says that they did not see any tumbler. Really don’t know what happened and how it’s been lost in their possession. Anyways, I know it’s my responsibility to look after my belongings and clearly my bad, but it would be nice to feel safe and at least take the courtesy to wait for the owners of any loss and found item in reasonable time to recover things like that. Anyone going that store please don’t be like me as the store management doesn’t really take care of any customers belongings. Thanks to the staff in the evening who confirmed that they kept my forgotten tumbler. Just sad how it went missing in the morning. Hopefully the owner of this store should do something about how to deal with loss and found moving forward in return of patronizing your business. As most of us Health Care Workers, we love our tumbler so badly.

Sure glad this place is located in the bottom floor of the hospital! Let's just say that hospital food is not what I would recommend lol.

So I went here quite often to get my wife soup, sandwiches and cookies. It was literally a life saver.

The staff working here are an absolute delight and some of the hardest working group I've ever had the pleasure to meet.
