Pawan is the nicest person. So respectful and so kind. Definitely worth the visit.

Very clean. Staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. I appreciated that when I ordered a GF sandwich for my husband, the manager asked if it was because of a preference or an allergy; when I said my husband was Celiac, he changed his gloves and used clean tools to avoid cross-contamination. It was busy (Saturday right around lunchtime) but staff were all smiles and very efficient at getting people their food.

Very rude customer service. Making sure my order was correct before left and he was rude. Got the wrong meat on 1 my foot longs. Lettuce was old, cucumbers were dried up.

Great food, any sub can be made as a salad or on gluten free bread.

Guys here are great; always remember my Italian BMT with double meat.

They have a vegan patty! I didn't even realize. Amazingly friendly guy working there this afternoon too. I had poor expectations but was pleased to get a great vegan sub as an emergency snack on my road trip back home. Just wish they had more vegan options.

Doesn't participate in standard online promotions. Whats the point of being a chain if youre not going to do the promotions?
You'll take my online orders but you won't take the coupon for it.
