Lousy service, even I’m alone but bathroom gross, don’t take rewards points… never come back again

Very disappointed. Could find no timetable of arrivals or departures, or even a map showing the other stations.

Ordered 3 steak and cheese and 1 teriyaki chicken, all 3 steak subs had no meat and hardly and veggies. Not worth 60 dollers for bread. Ridiculous

Absolutely terrible, all the veggies were soggy. And ever table was dirty, so disgusted my family and friends will never eat there again!

Gone down hill. The past few times my sandwich is toasted so much that I can barely bite into it. My husband went into today and ordered a BLT, they told him that “they don’t do BLT sandwiches anymore” yet subway has always been about making a custom sandwich…. It talks about it on the website. The BLT hasn’t been on the menu for YEARS, yet I’ve ordered it still. Besides a BLT is literally bacon, lettuce and tomatoes…. Super easy to make. He asked for extra bacon, there was a total of three strips stuck directly on top of each other in the same spot. My sandwich was drowned in mayo, and so much lettuce. I don’t know if there’s new staff or the staff that we’ve dealt with recently are just young and don’t care, but I think we’ll go a different subway from now on or not at all.

Ordered 3 trays for a party a week in advance. Order was supposed to be ready sauturday between 11: 15-11: 30. When I got there at 11: 30, they hadn't even started the order. I ended up canceling it, because I would have been waiting forever to get it and would be late to my parents. THe guy was unapologetic, almost rude. I have to now wait for the owner to credit back my $180 dollars online.no offer of some free subs in the future or anything just uninterested in my business.badly run

‘Lil janky cause it’s a subway but it definitely isn’t the nastiest one around. Great soda machine

The service and food quality is horrible. The food didn't taste good. And it was put together by toddlers. If could give negative stars I would.

I'm hearing that the workers here at old Yale Abbotsford are not friendly and accommodating especially to students. They need to be more kind because these kids are going through a lot. Also I see them sometimes on their blue tooth that is in professional

We go here all the time as we live in a complex close by.service has always been wonderful. Sandwiches fine. My husbands subway was honestly laughable to me and not him because he was super hungry… he paid for extra meat etc.i tried calling and i just get a dial tone… if someone calls me to rectify this i would def give 5 stars but ya.lol. I totally understand people have off days and i dont like to complain but this was pure crazy and no one answered the phones.not sure how to attach photos

They said I wasn’t allowed to pick my cookie flavours if I ordered the 12 packs of cookies. The other locations are allowing this though? That’s silly, why would I pay for cookie flavours no one likes. This has never been the case before ever.

Seems like there is a management change and new owner don't know what they are doing. I went to get couple of subs and presented the coupon at the end and lady said they are not taking coupons. It's for online sales only. Why would you send the coupons by postal mail? There is no where on the coupon that says for online use only. I have purchased from this store many times and never had an issue with coupons.

Came home and the bread was disgusting. I'm sure it was few days old.

I will go the store at whatcom instead from now onwards.
