I ordered a 6-inch mozzarella Bella sandwich because I have a coupon for it ($5).

At check out, it showed that the coupon was already used? We tried a couple of times but it have the same result. I went in to get the sandwich because I had the coupon. The lady was nice but didn't honour my coupon. Felt a bit disappointed this occured. Sandwich was great, just wish the coupon was honoured due to equipment error.

Jag, is a great subway sandwich maker, she sees me come in and she knows my order! She knows that I can't eat seeds so she slaps the tomato slices on the counter to remove them and I am a happy customer!

The manager Khushroop is super nice and helpful. We place big orders usually and they take care of every little detail and clearly one can see that efforts has been made towards making the food. She is always polite and kind, doesn't matter how busy they are. They do call back if it's missed by them. There are very rare stores who does that. -Thanks
