Worst food quality. Bread was very hard and was stale. I don't usually take exception to mall food court dining, it has a low expectation to achieve right from the start. However, this Subway has earned a comment because our experience was the opposite of what Subway promises to deliver.

My food was not fresh at all. The most offensive part was the lettuce which had turned brown. I was not able to chew my bread and taste of whole sandwich gone bad just because of bread. The bread was also out too long and one of our sandwiches was made up of two old and dry leftover 6" portions.

Service was not very inviting or friendly. It was not overly busy; but we were left feeling like we were not welcome.

I do not recommend eating at this Subway. If you are hungry, there are better choices in this food court.

The very first thing impressed me is the customer service given by RAMAN, she knows about which sauce has egg base which doesn't have and the way she attend every customer with a happy smile. She made a good sub full of veggies. Really impressed by the clean ambience. Must recommended place.

We went to this subway yesterday, We had a complex order with food allergies. Raman Gill was very helpful and patient with us. Really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our order. "She made my day with her smiley and perfect customet service.

Rude customer service… service food with rudeness. There was heathy girl serving food so rude … no smile

The staff was not at all friendly and didn’t even bother to take order. It was my first time at this location…. But will never go again. Even at the entrance water was dripping and no sign of caution was placed … my friend was about to fell.

Upkar was great at making my food and at her customer service skills. I really appreciate it and would love to be back here everyday.

The staff was not at all welcoming, i asked them to cut tomatoes and cucumbers in my sandwich on which they refused to do so. They answered “we can only cut in salad”. But why can’t in a sandwich.
I own a subway franchise back in India, i also have been working there, everytime we cut the veggies as per guest’s preference. I have visited this store many times they were refused to do so, this time the manager also refused, no other store refuses to do so. Because it is all about guest satisfaction. I have been doing a lot of courses at subway, even attended a lot of meetings, nothing says tomatoes and cucumbers will be cut only in a salad not in a sandwich. I take this thing very seriously because i am a lot concerned about guest service as the courses i have done and the services that i myself have been giving to the guests at my store. I didn’t get any logical answer from them. Very much disappointed.

I got fast service even though there was a line up, the girl who served me super friendly and really polite, if I am not mistaken, her name is Raman Gill omg she was so nice and with cute voice and the sandwich she made for me was so delicious, will visit again for sure.thank you for your service Raman.

Our food was not fresh at all. The most offensive part was the lettuce which had turned brown. There were two containers of shredded lettuce and both were brown and this was at lunchtime. The bread was also out too long and one of our sandwiches was made up of two old and dry leftover 6" portions.

Service was not very inviting or friendly. It was not overly busy; but we were left feeling like we were not welcome. Our "sandwich artist" even attempted to pick through the brown lettuce when we asked for fresh lettuce, instead of just getting new lettuce that is fit to serve.

I do not recommend eating at this Subway. If you are hungry, there are better choices in this food court.

I ordered 3 footlongs on Feb 11 through Uber Eats. I asked to pack all 6” subs separately. They followed the instructions. The dressing was a little less otherwise what an amazing experience!

I love subway but this one sucked, the bread was horrible and dry and the lettuce was like 3 days old, the workers were rude and kept giving me the dirtiest looks ever, sandwich itself was horrible and tasted like nothing and when I did taste it, it tasted like it's been out for years.horrible.

Just visited this subway, 2 girls were working and both are so rude. Making faces when i told her to heat up my veggie patty. Then who put veggies on my sub put lot of sauces upon telling her for 1 line of sauce. If u don’t want to work in busy location sit home. Don't ruin peoples dinner

I was standing for order and a girl named harpreet was talking very rude to the customer ahead of me.

Services are too gud. Raman Gill is very friendly nd cooperatative nd made my sub soo tasty.m soo happy
