Subway

Asked the keys for the washroom, was denied by the cashier saying I have to buy something. Not sure if that is the law to make GENUINE people BUY SOMETHING just to use the washroom.

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered uber eats for 2 untoasted subs. When called the store to let them know they were toasted apparently the "manager" picked up and said she made it and didn't toast the damn subs. Either they were toasted or stale, as they were crunchy. Horrible customer service right out of the gate.if you don't want to help people or be kind to them, find a solitary job.

Should have read the reviews. Terrible service, ask them questions and they dismiss what you say like you aren't talking. Sub was ok but the service is what will have me never go back.

I came there to eat guy is so rude I need to wash hand he said buy first then use washroom I’m regular customer lives cross by first they mess with my gluten free sandwich but I tolerate but this time I feel insulted if owners reeds this pls tell ur employees how to deal with customers I’m not gonna come here agin if I saw this guy there

Went to get my son a sandwich today to take to school for his birthday. The tomatoes were old and soggy, and one was covered in fuzzy white mold, so I pointed it out to the worker to remove. She just took the one tomato out casually and then grabbed a handful of tomatoes from the same spot and put them on my son's sandwich. Gross, I'm sure there were mold spores on the surrounding tomatoes as well. First and last time going to this subway (192 & 72).

Paid for a steak wrap and got veggie, no steak. Wraps weren't marked to be identified. This happens on a regular basis and I won't be ordering from them anymore.

I went there for dinner sandwiches and i had the worst experience ever. The boy who was making sandwiches was very rude. He wouldn’t listen to my order and kept rushing so much that he almost knocked off my sandwich. And when i asked for extra olives he kept putting 2 slices each time. I have had worse experiences before at subway before but this location topped it.

Went to get food. Waited five minutes. When no one else there. Than was told will have to wait another 20 mins because they have to do the online orders first. Ridiculous.

Since four months ago, I have been coming there at least twice a month to twice a week. The same issue arises every time; occasionally, they run out of bread, sauce, or other things. They have lousy management, and they are all lazy. Don’t waste your time guys.

Just ordered take out from here. I ordered a cold cut sub and they gave me a tuna sandwich? With all of my toppings that I ordered! How do you get tuna from cold cut!? Sandwich went right into the garbage. Won’t go to this location again.
