I went to this outlet some days ago, my server was Anita. She was very kind and helpful. She was very patient and helped me with the order. She even told me what would go better with what sandwich, I have never seen someone to be so kind and helpful. Wonderful service by Anita. Totally recommended for the service.

Food is great, and the bacon is awesome, but there is a man on drugs living under the table. Also, if you have a Russian accent, they WILL mess up your order. I know from experience.

Complete disaster…. I asked for vegetables she is like putting so little and I ended saying what is wrong with her. She is trying to save money for subway meanwhile I pay for my meal. I am extremely disappointed and I will never go back to Subway again. You gotta have to have a standard not every location decides whatever they want.

They were stingy with their vegetable toppings even when their bell peppers are already paper-thin slices. Disappointed.

Just ordered 2 subs from Subway app and they gave me a free cookie and the lady who’s working there was were welcoming and gave my order with nice smile on her face.definitely 5 stars for her good nature

I am at my work they don’t allow workers to use washroom even if you buying food the girl said no to me as i am worker. Please don’t go in uniform they are not giving you food and you cant use washroom to wash hands. Thanks

As all Canada, they have a really huge problem with drugs. I don't have any remote idea why it's allowed on the restaurants. Very disappointed.

I have never been served by anyone so rude and nasty as the woman working there. I will think twice about going back!

We just left and got home with our subs. We found 2 *flies* in our subs. Also watched staff touch the till with same gloves they had on when they made our sub. We had a great experience last night, a younger lady served us and was super polite and sanitary but the guy working tonight was not sanitary and has absolutely thrown off our stomachs. Flies in food is not sanitary nor does it abide by food safe regulations

Went there for the first time on July 18/23 for a sandwich and found the food good, service good and atmosphere nice as well. The store was clean and neat and the the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. I’ll be returning here again.

Staff were very friendly gave me a free cookie, ingredients were fresh and good location definitely recommend

I used to go to the other subway on terminal but the staff at this location are much more friendly and accommodating. Even during a busy lunch rush they made time to go the extra mile. Thank you

The "sandwich artist" just slammed my lunch around, clearly annoyed. I don't know what stress is happening in your life right now but if you hate your job so much please go find another one. I did nothing to deserve that.

Terrible subway. I asked for a teriyaki sub and ended up somehow with roast chicken and bacon. The sever didn’t seem to listen to what fillings I was asking for at multiple points and then charged $17 which I’m pretty sure Is a lot more than a typical teriyaki sub with no add ons…

Subway is killing it lately, the food is better than ever.

It's almost as if they are compensating for some horrible past issue.

I just went there to use the washroom and there was a girl kept saying no, no. I asked her reason for not letting me to use the washroom cause they were open and I was ready to buy food. She didn't say anything except no. I think they need to train the employees about customer service.
