Always the best subway in vancouver as far as cleanliness, but I feel their prices are higher than other subways but im not sure.
One thing for ordering delivery is i wish they would FORCE their drivers to use a hotbag or not give them the food

My workplace is very close to subway and been coming here for 6 months. Staff is extremely extremely rude. I thought they would be more polite as i am becoming regular customer but hell no. No disrespect but Both Asian ladies are extremely rude. This used to be my to go place but now i would prefer to walk bit extra to some other restaurant just because their staff is rude.

I am sorry to say but I have gone to this subway many times, the food is made great but the staff is rude. I ordered a sub and a bottled drink. The bottled drink was room temperature and I took a cup to get ice. The one small female employee started yelling at me saying I cant take the cup, I cant take the cup! As if I had committed some sort of crime. I just wanted ice, and as if the cup cost so much, how cheap can they be and how rude! Maybe they should prioritize customer service over penny punching on a cup as they have lost a customer, which cost them way more than that darn cup!

Similar to a lot of other reviews on here, I asked for extra toppings, and was given ONE single cucumber extra.
I then jokingly laughed because I thought she was joking and asked for more, she very angrily glared at me and said "normally it is only 3 cucumber slices for a sandwich".
So much for unlimited toppings at Subway?
Anyways, I try to finish the interaction as politely as I could, as I clearly unintentionally annoyed her, I pay, and go to leave, but the sandwich lady, Sue, in front of other people in the store yells at me, insinuating I didn't pay, and then when she realized I had paid, she very awkwardly threw her hands up in the air and goes back to talking to the other people in line. No apology, not a word to me.
Worst subway I have visited. If management sees this, they really need to have a conversation with Sue about toppings, and especially how she talks to customers.

Worst location. It's the like the cost of topping are coming out of their pockets. Also rude. Just walk a couple more blocks to the other one

I guess anuty gets the ingredients from home. As tries to save on them as much as she can less veggies less sauce I paid extra for cheese but still dint get any what do i do this is the most empty sub I have ever had

6 months later update: Still stingy on toppings. God knows why. Like someone else said.it's like eating bread and lettuce.
I am relieved I am not the only one thinking that this subway location is STINGY in toppings. Quite a shame really. Even if you ask for more (say jalapeno,) the employee would add ONE itsy bitsy bit of jalapeno and smile at you with a figurative "There! " on her smily face. Talk about supply chain issues! (I buy there quite frequently and both employees seem to be sting to me.)

Anna and her partner on the evening of November 25th 2022 (I’m so sorry I missed your name), deserve a raise! They are the epitome of what customer service should be and Subway is lucky to have them. They are genuinely loving what they do and it showed through their service!
