They supposedly open at 8, it’s almost 9am, week day and no one is here, closed.

Ordered a foot long off skip, retrieved a 6 inch and then because they made the made the replacement sub before I got to the store the sandwich is all wrong and not the same thing I ordered originally.

Went there to get a salad, which I get at subway all the time. I asked the guy working there to please cut my cucumber, and he staired at me with a blank face and said no, I asked him why and he just said no. No reason l, no explanation, just no. I couldn't believe # 1, he wouldn't cut them and 2 he wouldn't give me a reason, like I was a second class citizen. Unbelievably bad customer service. Then I went to a subway down the street and got the best service ever, then they told me that many people have gotten sick from the subway on Yale road. So please please don't eat there. Absolutely the worst subway I have ever been to. If I could give them negative stars I would.

They need to remember to turn in the open sighn when their open. This has happened more than once now! Its frustrating when she looks at you and wonders why your not coming in. Duh! Lol

Staff handled our walk in order of 6 custom foot longs efficiently and with a smile. Great teamwork!
