Why is this new generation so useless?

I’m not sure if they changed management but don’t increase your price and lower the portion of your meat. I’ve been going there for years, it stops today!

Says that it's close at 10PM but at 9PM the employees already locked the doors and did the cleaning. I went after work, so I was tired and hungry just to be ignored by their employees at the door. I'm definitely NOT COMING BACK! I hope this place gets closed!

An awful place to work at. The middle aged woman who’s manager here has no respect and regard towards her employees. She has no credentials to be a manager as she’s is unskilled and illiterate. I wonder if she even had some basic education as she don’t know how to talk. If anyone walks in and find the employees miserable, it’s the manager’s fault as she makes their lives hell. Subway should be careful before giving these kind of people their franchise.

It's a nice place to grab a healthy meal. Jatinder helped me and was really courteous to me.

The two women working today were horrible. One of them was packing up the furniture for closing I assume and was slamming them so loudly. The one making the sandwiches was moving so insanely slow and putting hardly any vegetables on the sandwich. She was confused when I asked for, genuinely, really simple instructions though I won't judge incompetence. The two women kept looking at eachother and speaking under their breath about customers and not in a subtle way. I was shocked to say the least. Get Subway here only if you're really, really in a pinch.

The staff are super cool, but it has the worst manager. Sheis very rude, and talk very loudly and impolitely to customers. Will never be there because of her. Subway company should take action.

Sorry we're closed, it's a long weekend excuse is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I feel bad for the owner if he didn't know they just milked him for 30 minutes of pay to go home early.

Completely unprofessional place. The staff are scared of management and fail to perform because of that. The manager omg so unprofessional screams at her employees and can’t do any of her responsibilities well. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. So dissatisfied.

I hate this place. The manager at this store doesn’t know how to do her job. She was screaming at her employees. She has the worst customer service also. Indian people are so nice but she makes them look bad

Located in North Vancouver, in a square, there were 2 people serving, one very kind, who in the end took care of us, and another with a very bad manner, unwilling and even annoying, the food in general was good, only the lettuce was very old At the table where we sat and at the one to one side, a lot of rubbish underneath, the lady who served us kindly came out to disinfect everything we touched, rather they should sweep. Something that she did very well is that at the They have to clean your hands at the entrance, when leaving as always we say thank you and wish you a good night, but they did not answer us. The good thing is that there are many branches, we went to that one because the Plaza has a lot of parking.

Subway has become a horrible chain, I visited subway after a year to see the new menu, the lady that made my sandwich clearly doesn't enjoy making sandwiches she got my order wrong then I had to correct her.and the new crispy chicken is just breading, the quality of cooked ingredients has never been lower.

This is the subway close to my house. I often grab a quick sub here when I am in a rush to get a few things done. Today was one of those days. I've been coming here for quite a few years. Their staff used to be extremely polite, and the place was always kept clean. In the recent months though, the quality has massively declined. My standards are not all that high, after all I'm eating at subway.
I gotta say though, that they seem to put zero effort into making the food, and seem to disregard simple requests. All that aside, literally every table has food on it, and there is always a staff member or two sitting down at the back playing on their phone. I don't know if coincidentally I happen to consistently come in after a mad rush, but the place is an absolute disaster. I planned to eat in, but legitimately could not find a table that didn't have food riddled all over it.
Anways, I guess it's my mistake for thinking it will improve.
I literally never leave reviews ever, but this one deserves some attention. I hope the owners have an opportunity to read this and try and turn the bigness around, because at this point I won't be returning.
