My girlfriend and I walked in, and we were immediately greeted with a warm smile by Bal. She went above and beyond with her service and make sure we were comfortable in every regard. The quality, the service, the atmosphere… everything was top notch. Thank you Bal and thank you Subway for creating such a wonderful environment.

So me and my best friend ever she means so much too me and has an allergy too banana peppers.
So first we come and ask for simple help with the app because we are new to it, they refuse help and say we are not sure. When they should be trained in THERE online ordering system.
We then feel awkward because they gave us weird looks.
We order online and click remove of many of the topping.
When we get our sandwich it’s completely wrong, so we approached the lady who made our sandwich in a calm manner we explained the issue. She then tells us it’s not her fault and refused to remake the sandwich or even a simple apology. This left us with negative balance in money. And I’m allergic too banana peppers so we threw it away.

The lady complains when I ask for extra crispy onions on my sub, says it's for the chicken teriyaki sub, she will put the tiniest amount on just to spite you, I avoid this subway because of her now

Been here a few times, walked out most recent not even ordering due to the snails pace on service. Not great service, obvious boosted reviews on here and asking for tipping at a fast food chain.

It’s refreshing to see a nicely renovated subway store. Staff were working hard.

I wouldn’t order rice bowl again though - microwave brown rice, sandwich fillings and pickles didn’t go well. Wish more thoughts can be put into the recipe.

This was one of the most comically rude customer service interactions I’ve had in awhile. My friend had her kids with her, and bought a chocolate milk out of the cooler for her kids to split along with our meals. She grabbed two small cups to pour it into. The staff acted like she’d just tried to rob the place. BOTH cashiers started yelling “You CAN’T do that with the CUPS! ” My friend offered to pay an extra charge for the two cups (you know, two small, fast food, paper cups for soda that probably cost $. 02 cents to manufacture) but the employees were SHOOK. Then my friend bought one of her kids a bag of chips - her other kid already had a small snack bag of chips that she’d been given in daycare. My friend explained this - I’m buying one bag, the other one we walked in with. The cashier Could. Not. Wrap. Her. Head. Around. The. Concept, as if the notion that chips existed outside of a Subway had never occurred to her. She said, “But I see two bags! ” Yes, as I explained, we brought one in. “BUT I SEE TWO! ” She was genuinely irate, like we were trying to pull a fast one on her. Like, we’re buying $30 worth of sandwiches, we’re not trying to scam you out of a snack size bag of Doritos, I swear. My friend and I didn’t say anything, we just sort of rolled our eyes at how rude both the staff had been. I get that working behind the counter at Subway is probably stressful, but there are bigger things to worry about than two paper cups (that we offered to pay for) and a bag of chips.
Sandwiches were fire tho.

Little to no communication, no smiles, no energy, and slower than hell. Not to mention the price? I'm an avid Subway eater. I get the same thing everytime. Its a BYO sub. What normally is 17$ to 24$. How does 1 footlong sub come out to 30$+? Never taking my service.

THEY DID ME DIRTY. I ordered subway, mistake. Because apparently that means oh they're not watching us make it so I'll skimp on the toppings. I spent 18$ on a 6inch and a drink and a bag of chips. THIS IS WHAT I GOT. Are you serious? BE MORE GENEROUS WITH THE TOPPINGS. Last time ordering there. Oh and I bought it through their app on guest. So no refund.

Subway has been one of my favorite spots till now.and amazing subs with options of breads to select and meat vegi options and load and loads of sauces to go with
Friendly service all the time products are fresh.

Absolutely loved the service provided and the staff was so attentive. Place is well kept, clean and safe. Compared to most food outlets around the same neighborhood, this subway is really nice and spacious. An always go to for me!

This place needs to be more generous with their ingredients. Compared to what I get from other locations, their sub was not worth the price. I was mostly tasting the bread. Don't try to save $$ with ingredients and lose your customers. I will never be returning to this location.
