Staff ignored order instructions repeatedly, terrible and unsanitary handling of food, gave me a bag that didn’t last 3 steps before ripping.

Great service, everyone was super kind and helpful, made the sandwich in great time and was the quality I wanted!

Well to start it off when I walked in it was about 8: 00 at night hour before they closed or two I believe.it took her 5 minutes to get off her phone and then come serve me, which I consider extremely unacceptable and the food. I've eaten there two or three times now and then the next day. My guts are just turning from this place. I don't know how they take care of their food but it doesn't seem to be well. I will not be eating here again. I don't recommend going there

Absolutely terrible. I went through the drive through to order subs for my family, I was rudely cut off. When I ordered my husband's stampede brisket sub with no red onions due to a severe allergy, and repeated myself, they assured me no onions were on the sub. Because I was cut off, I did not trust, I stopped and checked the sub, sure enough, loaded with red onions, this can seriously hurt my husband. The two boys were unprofessional. I told them I did not trust their abilities and got a full refund. When I drove away I could see them pointing and laughing. I will never return to that subway.

I like that I can be picky at Subway! They have quality food for a good price and fresh bread, usually fresh veggies

When somebody specifically asks for your employees to not add a specific ingredient due to a bad allergy, it might be good not to send then away with a sandwich full of the thing that will kill your customers. This was such a shame that your employees could have harmed somebody in my family. We will never be coming back.

If your not gonna keep open your drive thru till 930 as posted on your menu board, don't even bother being open at all.

When I do an online order it’s made right, good amount of vegetables and the guys are always super friendly. I don’t usually tip for pickup orders but do when I come here! Keep up the great work.

Stopped there to get a snack after a really long day, and I just wanted a sub with crispy onions on it. Gentleman working the till was just doing his job, so this review is more about the way they are training their staff on the new menus, so I don’t blame him. I don’t eat cheese, but I wanted crispy onions. I was made to pay for the more expensive sub, the price of which reflects double cheese. I wasn’t allowed to just add crispy onions to the regular sub that I get. So I paid for a sub with cheese when I can’t eat cheese. I don’t understand why I couldn’t just get crispy onions on a sub that doesn’t cost more because of extra cheese…. And then I was told all the sub prices are going up to reflect all subs coming with extra cheese, which irks me even more because I don’t eat cheese, so why am I paying more for an item I won’t get?

Absolutely love grabbing a sub at this location when I'm on my way in/out of town. Staff are friendly and always do a good job making my sandwich. Bonus points for having a drive through!

My husband went in. My subway was on a white bun.a rather stale bun. The crust broke away from the bun making a mess. The crust was sharp.
