Subway

Saw a pretty excited dog in here sniffing and licking the chip bags on the bottom shelf. Pretty sure dogs aren’t allowed unless they’re service animals? This guy wasn’t.
Sub was thrown together and service was minimal but that’s pretty standard at every subway I guess

I ordered a 6inch veggie delite sub with mayonaise and honey mustard as the sauce. 2 hours later I started experiencing stomach pains, burning sensations, headache and threw up. I went home and continued to throw up and had massive stomach pains which resulted in the pain causing headaches, making me queasy and and break out in a heated fever/sweat multiple times as my body tried to get the food out. The food poisoning/stomach flu lasted for about 6 hours and caused me to be bedridden until the next day as I couldn't move or it would trigger more stomach pains. I never knew ordering a veggie sub would cause me to have food poisoning. I don't think I will go back. The food is not fresh!

Dirty/Unsanitary sandwich maker.

In the middle of making a sandwich, he realizes there isn’t enough meat. So after touching some cold cuts and putting it on the bread- he stops midway and goes in the back. He never changes his gloves the entire time, but I see him open the fridge, closes it, use a knife, and gets stuff out of it and who else? He comes back, and continues to use his hands to touch all of the meats and veggies with the SAME gloves he had on the entire time.

I ask him about it, but he denies it. I actually saw him towards the end (saw he has already touched many things already).

Train your employees better. That’s not how you should handle food. People can/will get sick.

I walked in before my husband because i had to use the washroom as a pregnant lady i couldnt wait and he had to find parking, the guy denied me the washroom told me to pay for washroom use i told him my partner coming we are going to eat and i didnt have my wallet.he said no you need to buy something i felt so stressed out as pregnant need to pee and he cant let women use washroom after that i chose not to eat there as i couldnt believe the way he treated me i went to nandos and had good customer service, sad how subway treats pregnant lady who needs restroom who wanted a sub but was waiting for her partner to park as it was busy night with fire works. Sad man he had no care smile in my face while i felt uncomfortable this isn't how Canada should be.

The experience at subway has been great and very satisfying and I’m really happy with the service with chetan he was great and he always goes and above for my order which I really appreciate Because everytime I come in he’s making me my fresh tuna sandwich. I recommend this subway

Unprofessional and rude staff specially a woman (Raj) and didn’t changed her gloves after preparing a chicken sandwich as I am vegan and asked her to change it before preparing mine. Her behave was so bad that she said you will be charged extra for even wrapping your footlong sandwich separately which i have never experienced before in any other subway restaurant. Worst experience of this outlet.

I and my 2 friends came to Vancouver to meet our friend. During the night, we felt hungary and search for option.then we came to know about this subway.the staff person was so friendly, He welcomed us and talked so nicely. He has the name tag and the name was Keshav.then, he took our order and prepared it with so much care.everything was so neat and clean.we were so pleased by his welcoming and friendly nature. 10/10 for Keshav’s service. Keshav this is for you.

Thought I would give this location another chance but again the staff proved me wrong. There's this one employee who skimps on the veggies and charges extra whereas the other staff members were making sandwiches for other customers with the right amount of ingredients. I literally asked for a little bit more lettuce and she said it's extra charge. That's ridiculous!

I usually come to this subway at midnight. The night staff is amazing. They are soo nice and welcoming. They make your food perfectly
