I was there on Monday October 23rd 2023 at around 7: 50 pm and Ripan took care of the sandwiches my girlfriend and I ordered. I do have to say that she was one of the best subway servers I've ever had she was quick and efficient, made the sandwiches with love and didn't scrimp on toppings. She was super friendly and even took the time to chop up the 2 jalepenos I asked for on my sandwich. They goes above and beyond. Give them a raise.

My car was parked in the parking lot for a hot minute. The details leading up to why it was there are not important. What is important, however, is the amount of love and admiration I was shown by the staff when I went to grab it. I bought 12 cookies for $6.00 (thats a deal you just can't find anywhere) and as I sit here meowing and chowing these tasty beauties all I can think of is how tasty the food is there and how great the staff is.
It is hard to find good help. But this is an amazing staff. 10 outta 10

Subs are so expensive now! Usually I wouldn't complain.but the service is awful and the sandwiches haven't been the greatest. Always feel like an inconvenience when I go here so I don't very often. I used to love Subway.not so much anymore!

I haven't changed my order in 10 years but the price is different every time? Ranges from $12-$17, very odd indeed.

Subway Castlegate is about four times the size of any other Subway being as it's the only one in town

Been here 3 times in the past 2 months, always get my order wrong. Or would say the sandwich I ordered on the sandwich board they wouldn't make.
I assume it's a language barrier since the order is always wrong, with toppings or the sandwich meat entirely.

Horrendous service. I asked for a wrap that was pictured on the sandwich board and the woman behind the speaker taking my order was incredibly rude, and said "No we don't do that here just order a sandwich! " She was arguing with me about wraps. Which I have ordered before at every other Subway. Needless to say I knew it was going to be awful because she wasn't listening to my order at all. I repeated myself multiple times with veggies etc and her attitude was bad from the get go and all the way through the ordering and payment process.
I ended up getting a wrap in the end, however not what I asked for in any sense - right down to the wrong veggies and not grilling of the wrap like I requested. Worst part was that my chicken was still frozen when I bit into it! I will never be back!
