Subway

Went and got my son a sandwhich, pop and 2 cookies and paid for them and the owner serving us forgot to put the cookies in the sandwhich bag. I watched her bag the cookies and they were sitting on the counter with my other food before it was bagged. The store was completely dead, we were the only ones in there. My kiddo was pretty upset when we got home to Duncan to eat and didn't see his cookies. I'm not super salty about the situation, but if you're the owner serving a customer and there's no other customers, you shouldn't be forgetting to put things in the bag. If it was busy, and I didn't get charged for the cookies, I'd be more understanding.

Their food delivery truck blocked my car in and I had to be at work in 10 mins. The owner of Subway became angry at me when I told her I needed to leave. She told me the truck would be there 10 minutes and that she only has food delivered once per week. I asked the truck driver to please back up so I could leave. He backed up and she was swearing and very angry towards me as she walked away. A friend told me the truck was still there 1 hour later. I guess she expected me to be an hour late for work? I will never support this business. Shame on you for the way you behaved!
We live in a small community. A big no-no! If zero stars were an option, I would select it.
Folks! Please consider supporting the other businesses in this area. We have Mexican, Japanese x 2, Thai x 2, a bakery/coffee shop, and some other great restaurants.

It's a subway in a small town, I'm not complaining. Good source of food.

Pauline was very helpful and efficient. On the other hand a short blonde worker came in as I was ordering, shot me a rude look and didn’t help with the other people in the line, leaving the other worker to do all the work. While I was sitting and eating the blonde ladies tone was rude, and not customer friendly at all, as well as snappy at her co workers. Later the blonde lady just left to go smoke in her car for more than 20 mins, forcing her co worker to continue work after I believe her co workers shift ended. Pauline did everything while the blonde lady was rude, snappy, and clearly not reliable. Pauline made me a lovely sandwich, and was the single reason this isn’t 1 star (blonde lady took 3 starts away). Blonde ladies name is Sonya… management needs to step in here to resolve this issue.
Update, it has now been 40 minutes since the blonde girl walked out… still in her car smoking. Sonya has now also been completely rude to her co workers, acting higher than thou and trying to get them to stay even longer past their shift time due to her un willingness to work. Unacceptable.

Young staff either untrained or not properly trained in food safety. Watched a staff member touch her hair and the till with the same gloves she made sandwiches with.
