This location is usually my favourite except today when i went there was a worker named sonia and she was very rude. When I asked for smashed avocado on my sandwich she gave me attitude by grunting and rolling her eyes. I tried to scan my app and it wasn’t working she got visibly annoyed and impatient when it wasn’t working. The worst part was that when she was making my sandwich she kept sniffling and she wasn’t even wearing a mask. When i bit into my food the steak was cold because she only put it in the toaster for a few seconds. This employee should either be heavily trained for providing better customer service or be let go.
