It’s nice place to visit, nice and clean, good. Food and nice service, special when hungry at night, quick stop and nice option of veggie as well, definitely visit again

Hands down the best subway ever! I go out of my way to visit this location because the sandwich artist really take time and care into making your subs. (Unfortunately I did not get the name of the subway artist that worked on October 2nd at 8: 30PM) He was friendly, patient and handled our subs with care. This location is also extremely clean. All the ingredients are cut and laid out nicely. Even the chip bags are organized nicely. If you are going to visit a subway in the Burnaby area it is most definitely worth while coming to this location.

01/28 at 2: 18, I received great service from the counter lady, the manager, not so much. You've lost my business at your location, for the way he approached an error that I'm not even sure occurred. I can back to my office and did the math, for what I paid, you've made a mistake and I'm not talking responsibility for what was your error. I frequent this location 4-6 times a month, when I order a steak and avocado sandwich, I don't expect to be charged for the avocado. I won't be back, not the way your manager at this time approached it. Thanks but no thanks. You're getting a 2 start because the ladies in there so an exemplary job. There are two other locations in the area, you've received my order for the last time. Good luck, all the best

Was my first time in over 4 years and I had just a salad since they're bread makes me break out for a few years now. Salad was nice but very overpriced in my opinion

I order here from time to time as i work close by and service, food are pretty consistent, employees are nice and fast. Recently they made a mistake on my order; didnt discover this till i got back to work. And i made a small complaint on their website. Surprisingly i got an email back shortly from the district manager addressing my issue and wanting to make it right! I was impressed with how they took customer complaints seriously and make right with their mistakes. Thank you! I will continue to eat here knowing that!

I usually love this Subway but sandwiches lately are being made with sparse veggies. And today's sandwich was wrapped so tightly that the bread was compressed into an inedible tough wrap.

Also the lettuce and cucumbers were both slimy and the sandwich guy was picking them out after putting them on the sandwich. But both veggie containers should have been replaced.

**Note to sandwich artists - wrap the sandwich just tightly enough to keep the fillings in, but not so tight that the sandwich is half its' normal size.

**2nd note - rotate out old slimy veggies.

Your customers will thank you.

I work at Burnaby Emergency so I order online from here and quickly dash out to pick it up. So far 3/3 times I've ordered a salad with dressing on the side and it has never come on the side. Tonight my salad did not come with bacon or rice, as ordered as an extra charge that I paid. I went back inside and let the man working know, and he continued to help the customers in line. I did not have time to stay and get those items, I had to go back to work. I understand people make mistakes, but it's frustrating when by the time I am able to even eat my meal.it is wrong and I wasted my whole break to get there and come back. Hopefully I at least get reimbursed. Other than that, staff is friendly and I get my food on time. It just is not what I wanted/ordered. I will continue to order there if I get what I ordered!

No soup. More and more, subway staff just doesn't bother to make soup. I go there for soup and a sandwich, and this is really getting annoying.

It’s a subway (like any other) Some employees at this location are alright, and others are very very very conservative on the veggies……

It’s very conveniently located for me. Always open and the folks there are very nice and courteous.

The night staff is always good, especially Kamal. Probably one of the last Subways where they make the food right.

The employees don’t clean the knife after each used. You can see the left over sauce on the knife from the previous of order. One time I saw a girl wiping the sauce off with her glove from a previous over then proceed to cut my sandwich (I had my kids with me, so I didn’t see right away, I know I wasn’t from my sandwich as it had other sauces on the knife? Only had mayo on my sandwich) Told her please wash the knife. She then said I did. I told her I watched you wiped the knife with your hands then cut the sandwich. What if someone had severe allergy.
They had a sign that has buy 2 get 1 free with a drink and a bag of chip. During the week for a while. They don’t have it up. So I’m assuming it’s still on. When it came time to pay. My bill was over $ 35.00. I asked the lady, is the deal still on. She said they don’t do it anymore. They should at least still have a sign saying that. I had problems with this subway. A little while ago, they had a promo on cookies so I asked for these cookies in my combo. The girl said no, it’s not included in the combo. I told her, will it doesn’t say anywhere in the store that promo stuff are not included.

They don't know what fresh means. Serving old and dry breads to customer every day. Just throw away the old bread it costs only ¢50 to you.

Very well maintained and friendly environment.ladies at work are interactive and helpfull. Definately recommend this place for quick service.

Great size restaurant and clean most of the time. I want to say the night guy is great and makes great sandwiches. I go to this subway to buy my subs cuz him! Well done.

Ordered from home and came in after over 15 mins and still hasn’t started it and then she started a new order from someone else. Now I’m late to work grrrr. She should have at least started with mine rather than another person in the store.

Not sure if the employees are lazy, incompetent or just plain stupid? I ordered curbside and they didn't come out after 10min so I called them and they said it's ready and I can come pick it up inside. When I got home, clearly they don't care about customers' custom order because they basically sent out their generic sandwich

It's been a difficult year (2020-21) for everyone, but if one can get an exceptional service with a smile it can make his/her day. Manpreet did just that for us - promptly juggling our orders single handedly like a breeze. The food is everything you find at a Subway but the sandwich artist can always personalize to take it a notch up. Will be visiting again soon.

My children and I had a excellent customer experience at this Subway. The two ladies work there are friendly, kind and patient. We will definitely come back again! Thank you for making our day!

Kamal the night guy best sandwich maker again. Always nice and helpful and does instructions. He deserves a raise makes the best sandwich. Super helpful. I call him and he always so nice. My fiancee she also love his sub making. I worked subway and always tried to help and make good subs. And this guy does it. He actually cares and its hard to find people like him. I accidently posted on a different canada way subway I dont order from. And then posted to this correct one after removed the other one. I never met him but I consider this guy a friend. Thank you very much Kamal appreciate it bro.

Kamel has always taken awesome care with our sandwiches. Especially with our gluten free orders.

Great and friendly service! I had to pick up 8 subs for my co-workers with no notice today, and the staff were friendly, problem-solving, and even made a 9th sub due to a promotion they had on without complaint. All this while other customers were coming through to get their lunches! I would highly recommend this specific location.

Im in this subway atm, got the worst treatment, cant understand why? There are two girls who are super rude.wont pick this store again.but i love eating at subway in general.

The staff know what they are doing. Fast and accurate service. Reasonable prices for sandwiches.

They stopped carrying honey oat bread and were out of tomatoes by 5pm. Don't think I'll be wasting my time coming here anymore.

These workers are not sandwich artists. They slap together the ingredients and dont put care into presentation. Coffee was served cold. Won't go back.

Unfriendly service. They are so cheap on putting lettuce in the sandwich. I told her if I can get more lettuce she put just 2 strands. I told her I will pay you more but I would like more lettuce please than the attitude started. I got to the cashier asked for coffee I paid the bill no coffee. I waitedfor a bit than I asked and then she told me rudely that the coffe is on the side you suppose to get it yourself. It was my 1st time there and the last.never again no customer service at all. I will go to the one by my house.way nicer.

Just okay. It took forever though. Staff talking with each other while I am clearly standing there.they even looked at me and kept talking. Once they finished there conversation one of them came over.didn't say hi.just what do you want. Ordered my sandwich and left. My sandwich was good.experience not at all.

Very good experience for the daytime, and bad experience for nighttime. The person making the sandwich makes a huge difference. I believe the owners always put good skilled staffs for daytime and non-skilled ones for nights

June 22nd showed up at 12: 30am as this is a 24hour subway. Doors locked and the only worker is having a dinner date with his taxi driver friend inside. Didn’t bother getting up and unlocking the door for me. Went to the Subway down the street on boundary instead.

The staff were very friendly and showed excellent customer service. The location was very large with excellent seating options. It was well maintained and clean. I relaly appreciate that the falafel sub was offered at the discount price unlike downtown. Its open til 3am, as well, whoch is amazing.

Good subway location. Parking is a bit tight during the day. This location is open late til 3am but the doors are often locked and you need staff to buzz you in. This helps limit any undesirable dining partners.

This is the subway I usually go to and have been satisfied with the way they make their sandwiches (3 stars). However, I am taking a star away based on my most recent experience. I called to order a giant 3 feet sub for a function, and was told that I can either order a platter or a 6 feet sub. My take on it, as whoever I spoke to on the phone had put it, is that making the bread for the giant sub is cumbersome, hence making the 3 feet sub is not worth their time. Sorry, but if it is in your menu, no matter how "cumbersome" it is, you need to make it when someone requests it especially if it is ordered more than the 24hrs notice that was required (have them 48hrs).
