Pre ordered on Uber for pick up at 9pm order was confirmed money was taken and confirmed for pick up at 9: 11 at 9: 11 we get an order ready pick up confirmation and We arrived at 913 to locked doors no food at all was even made and the worker claiming she never confirmed the order said she called her manager around 9 (why) when it closes at 10pm apparently he said to clean and close but why did she call him.showed her the order and confirmation on her end she basically said not her problem and walked away with locked doors

Luckily it happens regularly and we were refunded

Workers working there charge you extra. I bought a sub footlong, and I paid. I got a receipt, and I checked, and they charged me 4 chips price when I never bought any like there charging extra, so please ask for the receipt and read.

Without reason. Guy insult me and refuse to make sandwich because I just. Ask the guy to show me bread because there are different type of breads. The Boy daily work at night with golden earrings when I try to complaint the guy staff did. Give call to manager

My last trip to Subway on Bainbridge was while I was still working at TST-CF Express in Burnaby. This outlet is handy on my drive home and the staff are friendly. Service here is prompt which I liked. Now I have retired from that job on 02 March 2022 after 48 years. I received a Seiko wrist watch, retirement cards with scratch tickets inside, chocolate cake and plenty of hand-shakes from my co-workers! Trucking has been my life. My job was that of a forklift operator all these years.
I am now getting set to move from our rental apartment to an unknown location. Our landlord has decided to sell the suite, as she too wants to retire. Both of us are 70. I have two months to move, after the point of the sale. I am actively looking and plan to remain in the lower mainland area, close to the health care services we know.

I get Uber eats from this location and they always follow the notes and everything tastes fresh. Good location.

No social distancing at this location!
Servers keep asking the next person in the queue before the previous person finishes asking for their order.
To the owner/ operator- If you like your customer to keep coming back, train your servers. Don’t just have stickers for social distancing, have your servers also follow distance protocols while taking orders

Had a problem they fixed it next time I went in! The girl working most nights is super friendly I feel very welcome everytime I'm in there

Horrible. There was a line up of 11 people. And it took us 30 mins to get our food. I was 3rd in line. Like the guy working didn't seem like he cared to work. He was being lazy sloppy and slow, very sloppy, very slow.
I love subway but the only way to keep the business going is us customers and when we have to wait that long for food. We would never go back there. You need more workers. This is getting to be a busy subway pay another worker don't be cheap. Also make your employees smile! Smiling is key to success! I'd love to hear a k from you.

Basic subway except they’ll never give me enough black olives and charge $0.50 more than the other locations or at least did when I was last here

Social distancing and staff wash hands and wear gloves as expected, i love the reaction of my sandwich red onion mountain, great job guys keep up the good work.

Ordered Pizza sub from Subway on Bainbridge last night through Skip the Dishes.
When it arrived, bread falling apart, not much for toppings and no pizza sauce at all!
Sandwich was a mess! You can see in pictures what was delivered.
Disgusted!
If you can't make a simple sandwich with everything in front of you, you don't belong there!
Skip the dishes provided a refund but when I called the subway directly they were of no help and fellow told me on the phone if it was him that made the sandwich it wouldn't be that way? Took no responsibility!

I love their sandwiches my two favourite steak and cheese and meatball marinara. Tastes awesome.

I went to the subway at around 11: 30 and tried footlong roasted chicken the boy working there His name was sanyam is very polite and he makes a very Gud sandwich and is very quick and the store was very clean hope it goes on

Cheap and tasty. We split the 1' veggie and bring lunch meat. Like 6.75 for both of us to eat. Delicious. Staff were as usual. I recommend this subway.

Subway is a shift from my regular sandwiches. It's recommended by my nephew & his wife. The sandwich is very tasty. I go there whenever I can.

I like the staff there always friendly and service is quick i usually stop in on the go works for people like me who dont have alot time to wait

Sandwich artists were very fast. Polite and friendly. I don't go to Subway for the conversation and connection. I go because the product is consistent, reasoanbly priced, and Im in and out. This visit ticked all the boxes PLUS the store was very clean. Good job.

Nothing out of the ordinary with this subway. If you've been to a subway in your life than it won't suprise you

Great place. Overloaded on the veggies which was a plus and I didn't have to ask. Fast service and clean

It's fine, it's a Subway, but they keep serving the same 3 soups on rotation FOR YEARS. Where he Cream of Broccoli at? Mushroom? Clam chowder? Italian Wedding? Nope. You get Chicken noodle or beef chili. Every. Single. Time.

I usually go this place with my husband.
There are clean washrooms and parking space.
W'd like to eat chicken teriyaki sandwiches.
It's so sweet and generous.
My English is not good but Vishnu is always friendly service to me.
I've never seen a friendly service man like him in Vancouver.

At 11: 01 the gentleman behind the counter said they only serve breakfast until 11: 00. Lazy, and for one minute, you get a 1 star review.
