Subway

They asked me to do a review but unfortunately that day my sandwich was missing my favourite sauce somehow. Or there was a dribble of it. I never noticed missing sauces before. They also forgot to grill my sub. I prefer this location and love using the Subway app to order ahead but I can't give a full 5 stars. Politely asking for a review is not an issue but be sure you did everything right when you ask.
But they are always nice and friendly at this location. That's an A+

Subway is a fast food chain so customers don't need fancy service, but you simply can't charge $15 for a sandwich that was made this badly.

I was the only customer in the store and the staff made me a boat of pesto sauce with a side of sandwich in all of 2 minutes. Yikes.

Very bad service, first the girl made crispy chicken toasted sandwich, chicken was not even warm it was frozen, couldn't bite. I explained and returned it then I requested veggie sandwich she put few pieces of cucumber and few lettuce upon asking she put little more. Total waste of money. I will never go again to this location.

I've been coming to this location since it opened and I've loved it up until a couple years ago. Either the ownership changed or what not, but the service I get here is absolute garbage and the subs are disgusting compared to other locations. I just called to complain and they pushed it onto the fault of the customer after saying they'll speak to the manager about it.
Please tell me how is it the customers fault if they change the subs around and it's a bigger order?
Really disappointing from someone who doesn't get dinner tonight. I will not be coming back.

Came here to get subs for the family and my daughter had to use the restroom, they informed me both bathrooms are out of order, despite no signs posted. I asked where the employees go to the bathroom and she suggested the gas station next door. I literally drove to another subway location for my order out of principle.

Staff here are very friendly and are always up for a conversation while you order your food. They're joyful and welcoming!

My favorite subway location for sure.

It was a great experience here. Always ask for Gurjashan as simply she is the best and kind. She listen properly to your request and provide quick service.

The working staff is Rude like they are serving the customers food for free. Their attitude is on another level.

Aman and Kajal have been making my subs online for months and they've always been great! Amazing service and clean environment in the store

The customer service was not great they barely talk to you and most of the ingredients on the sandwich do not taste fresh. Like a stale flavor coming from somewhere in the sandwich

Manpreet was very friendly and courteous. She happily customized and changed mobile order on request, because the app did not have the customizations I wanted.

The workers are super rude and also if you have coupons they won’t take them! Never coming back here again.

Bread was stale, days old. Put on less meat then normal and no sauce, don't go to this subway.

The level of disrespect it takes to serve the guy in line BEHIND ME, is absolutely real here. I get that Abbotsford is predominantly east indian, but it's super disgusting to serve them first regardless if they were behind.

I was amazed at the services Sukhpreet did. She remembered to wash the knife before cutting my order to my allergy. Thank you it’s the little that counts and goes a long way.

Too slow, lots of staff (5) but only 1 seemed to know whats going on.the bread was not cut properly and ripped in multiple places.

Holy cost saving batman, it's like they want to save money by not giving you toppings. Takes forever to get a sandwich with a decent amount of spinach.

Need social distancing, store is two small and customers too close, clean the floor more often too much dried mud. Soda fountain wasn't working properly. Need to keep the lettuce fresh and not applying enough of each topping. Smallest black olive container I have seen at a subway

The food tastes good and everything but just here to appreciate Kajal, she’s always so kind and charming and her sandwiches taste the best. 10/10 to Kajal

I ordered through mobile and the sandwich was flat compared to when I ordered in person in another store. Moreover, I chose the option of extra lettuce and I was extremely disappointed. The photo shows how much was inside the sandwich. That's it, one olive?

They didn't change gloves in between sandwiches. Put veggies i didnt ask for on but it tasted fine.

We eat here all the time but only out of convenience. I like tuna subs but can rarely order them here because they keep it for two days and that's gross. If I wanted 2 day old tuna I could save 30 bucks and stay home.my gf likes subways macaroni and she use to work there and she knows the ins and outs.they just served her yesterdays macaroni and it was cold and hard.at 12: 30 on a sunday everything should be fresh.might think twice about coming to this location but unfortunately I think the same guy owns all of them in abbotsford.

Sandeep gave the BEST service I've ever had from here! Everyone should be like her! I only gave it 4 stars, cuz I've had a bad experience here before.

Excellent service and staff. The sandwich artist are extremely polite and make great subs. My fiancé, roommate and I have been going to this location since we moved to the area a couple of years ago. It's the best Subway in the downtown area in my opinion.

New owners are really bad.i had a sub made by someone without gloves! See hair in the bin of tomatoes.very rude to deal with as well.

With a very limited choice for those who prefer only halal meat, tuna is the ultimate option. Sunflower bread was awesome, I wish they bring it back. It's been a little while visiting Subway so I can not say for sure but I think the choices of breads and cheeses are not as many as they used to be. Still it is much better than the fish burger at McDonalds.

Everyone at this location is usually wonderful, but this time I had my sandwich made by Sagil, and he really went above and beyond. He was so friendly, made my sandwich perfectly and even made sure that I knew that the cookies were warm and fresh. Give this guy a raise!

Sometimes you're just craving a healthier alternative to fast-food. Subway satisfies that, and does so while giving you plenty of choices! Love it!

The individuals that work at this subway are the most polite and professional that I have experienced. They go the extra mile without even being asked. They truly listen and don't just go through the motions. I believe the one gentleman had a training name tag on and I would not have guessed that he is new. I never experienced someone as polite as him. Being a manager myself for several years of Subway these guys are top notch!

Would not recommend at all! The service was good but when I got home my sub was not fresh at all. The lettuce was stale and other veggies also tasted off. The while taste was ruined and the bun itself had a odd taste. The sub also didnt have a lot of veggies in it compared to other places. Half the veggies than normal

Service is as expected. Popular location. Bit of a line up, but not too bad. Friendly staff, which makes a huge difference to me.

Subway in general is good food, and this place lived up to its name. Went there a while ago in summer 2018 and did not dissapoint. Staff were nice and hard working and they made the orders me and my mother made as quick as possible not forgetting anything. The plqce may be a tiny bit run down but alright with me. The food after taking it home was great like what you always expect from Subway. 4 stars.

Nice staff, always fresh food. The parking is in the back which was confusing the first time I went there. The fountain pop is really good at this subway. I always go there after the kids soccer practices as it isn't too busy in the evenings.

Mackenzie is awesome! Always makes my sandwich just right, no half-assin' it and he's polite and personable as well. Give him as many shifts as possible because you have some others who are just horrible. Like the employee's who smush my bread when cutting or toss my cheese on like their dealing playing cards or how about the snarky lemon face some employees wear while just repeating "and, and, and, and ………"

Worst experience yet with this location. It was not even that long into dinner time and they were out of almost all toppings/cheeses meaning SOMEONE wasn't doing their job. One of the staff Also claimed that the meatballs for the meatballs sub were just made, which was a lie as when my partner bit into his sub, he said that it was cold. Also the staff were extremely rude with giving a snippy attitude. Please properly train the staff on their jobs and how NOT to be rude/snippy for no reason.
