This is a horrible place to go and eat. The staff are not friendly. Today my family went to have supper from this place and they suddenly closed the toilet and blocked the way. My daughter just 5yrs old wanted to use the toilet but they said the toilet is closed at 8pm, We asked them at 8.04pm. I asked them what should we do when a toddler want to use the toilet when she cannot hold. Adults could hold for a while, but toddlers cannot. When I asked them to open it for my daughter, he started saying he could not open it for us. Because the "MANAGER RAJ" have told them to close the toilet at 8 pm when the store is kept open until 12 am. This place is running by idiots and the staff started yelling at me, saying we cannot change the rule. I do not suggest this place for others. And would like to give -1. Not at all a friendly atmosphere, and the desktop was not clean as well. I had to clean mine before sitting. It's written at the front door itself that ONLY CUSTOMERS CAN USE THE TOILET. But we were denied for that.

Got food poisoning from this chicken teriyaki and the young girl who was making our four sandwiches was incredibly rude the whole time we asked for things that needed extra charges and she made it seem like such an inconvenience even though it is her job to make the sandwiches as the customer wants

Ice never had any issues at this Subway, even if I did I wouldn't care; It's Subway. The service was good and fast. The place seemed fast to me. The only issue I have is the menu prices they could cut the prices just a little bit, but in the end its all worth it.

I bought cookies and Oj.its subway you buy subs if you like subs go to sub way.
I fricken hate subs but I like fricken cookies all kinds of fricken cookies so I went to Subway.they have really good fricken cookies.if they have vegan any fn thing I wouldnt know because I'm not vegan. I love animals BBQed.roasted.fried hell boil that meat I'll still eat it.

Worst customer service ever. Guy doesn't even tell me the fountain drinks won't work before he sells me one and then ignored me when I wanted a bag for 4 sandwiches and an explanation. He was very rude to his coworker, some poor girl and he was rude to my son. If I ever go back its to work that out with him personally.

It is subway, this store happens to be one of the better locations where you are treated like a customer should be.

Messed up both our sandwiches, said they'd heat up chicken patties but not the precut chicken which seemed pretty weird, and had no cookies.

Not enough staff working at this location. I had to walk out and go to another subway down town. Sorry.

Not bad quality and amount of food for the price. Sauces are delicious. Wouldn't mind sliced chicken (like the turkey), and bread options have decreased, but still tasty options. Good hours too.

One of the best ran subways. Daytime girls were friendly. Fast. Service was good. I don’t normally write something unless it sticks out. It made my day.

Ordered online today for the first timing.it was not made as per topping ordered timing received tomatoes which my daughter is allergic.don’t order online from this outlet. Services are better @ store

Always good food. Fast service. I've always had a good experience with them. How ever the subway on Yale road closes at 7pm.its Subway! Not happy with in inconvenient hrs. Lame.: (

How do you feel when your order isn't what you ordered. Bad experience with this specific location. I'm just not impressed
False advertising

Food here is fine. We frequent this location regularly. The problem is that they ALWAYS close early. The hours say open until midnight (which works well for a lot of us in the area that are frontline workers working night shifts and relying on this location for our last dinner break), BUT they quite often close before 11: 30pm. The bright OPEN sign will be lit up, but the door will be locked and the worker just waves his arms and shakes his head 'no' while he cleans. Tonight I parked at 11: 30pm and then sat there for 15 minutes looking for another open restaurant on my phone. In that 15 minutes I saw 4 disappointed customers turned away. They may as well change their hours if they are not going to follow through with service.

Horrible service one out of three sandwiches with sopping wet and the other was barely topped with any of the toppings that we're supposed to be on it like two thin thin thin as layers of slices of turkey and mostly all lettuce and every other topping except for the main toppingand then I call them to complain about it and they can't find my receipt for the order that I had just ordered 10 minutes prior never going there again.

Pretty good, about what you would expect from subway aside from them closing early sometimes. Takes me 10 minutes to get there only to find out its closed an hour early. I dont have time to get it because of work:/ Seems to only be with one employee closing early.

Whats the point of saying youre open til 12am if i get there at 11: 10pm and you're closed, this has happened multiple times now so i just hit the drive thru at Wendys, not sure if places can advertise theyre open and close so early, I totally get it for an emergency or whatever but its literally everytime i go theyre closed almost an hour early, when i did get my subs they were always good, kinda sad theyre never open

I always enjoy this subway. The people there are pleasant and the food is always a treat, thank you for the nice experience:)

Overpriced, sad looking salad sold by a surprisingly rude employee. I arrived at 930am on a Monday morning and was greeted with the sight of brown wilted lettuce. I wasn't going to say anything but decided since I'm paying, I should be getting good food. I asked the young lady working to switch my lettuce to spinach to which she sighed loudly and said "Well now I have to throw it all out. " I mean, you should? It's brown and obviously off. $8 for a salad I probably won't even eat.

Nov 6 @ 5pm Went in to get a sub only me and one other inline and we were together. My friends was taken care of right away and I wad completely ignored by Lady at the Front and she saw me there for a good 3-5 minutes while my friend stood there waiting for me to be helped and my order taken. I finally said something and the lady came over and helped I told her that my friend was waiting and she gave some lame excuse. She the goes to cut the bread and pressed it down so hard it went flat. So I asked for a new bun. She then proceed to give me attitude about my order all the while my friend is waiting. Then some person from the back makes and underhanded comment and you see smirks on their face. The service and attitudes of the people at this location are not the best.

My Daughter and I waited almost 20 minutes to have our sandwiches made. My pizza sub looked nothing like the picture and there was nothing on top of it like the picture. The employees clearly had no idea what to make, how to serve or ring up an order. Both customers in front of us complained about service.

There windows were smashed out and the sandwich assembly area was disgusting. Looked like a food safe nightmare.

Tuesday afternoon September 24 @ about 2 pm the young east Indian decent sandwich artist was the best artist I have dealt with. He was courteous, energetic, and made the best sandwich I've had at your establishment. Kudos to him. Unfortunately he wasn't wearing a name tag.

Great fast service and food was amazingly done. Plus made it easy to bring my young son. It was great!

Awful place to grab a sub. The guy didnt give me the proper bread even after asking twice he just ignored me, puts 3 cucumbers on a footlong and maybe 7 slices of onion on half the sub.proceeded to add pepper when all I asked for was salt. Told him it was wrong and he just ignored me. Night staff is atrocious. Bring back Brandon!

They have the best sandwiches here, hot or cold ones
They always have very good hot soup, pop and other drinks
They are always very nice and fast service there.

Great sandwiches. Most of the staff is pretty friendly. Went in today to buy my usual two sandwiches for the boys. One of the ladies charged me for a 3rd sandwich that ended up being an employees sandwich that was on her break. The annoying part was she had a terrible attitude and seemed upset at me for the mix up. Maybe just an apology next time and no attitude would be great.
