Subway

My gf ordered online asked for double meat and got charged for double meat yet no double meat when got home not impressed.

Was turned away 20 minutes before close, sign on, door open.
I get wanting to leave, I've worked in restaurants for over a decade. But having to do a couple wipes isn't that big of a deal. The cold table wasn't even wrapped yet.

Sevrted me cold meatballs last week. (Tuesday) called 4 times last week left 3 voicemails. Talked to someone on Friday said a manger will call me I can't have a refund until then, no one called me back, called again today, spoke to a very rude employee her name was Harpreet, she said I was a liar and that it was impossible for the meat balls to be cold, and I didn't work here so I didn't know etc etc. Still no refund and still waiting for a manger to respond, will be taking it to corporate as well. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Awesome staff just had my tooth removed can only eat soup ATM it was late they where out but the guys said can u wait 10 min I said yes sir and they made me soup and mac and cheese. Thank you guys so much

Eat there often love the turkey and grilled chicken subs girls behind the counter are very friendly

Overall this location lacks proper customer service. I don't expect much but when it takes 10 minutes to get acknowledged that is poor management and training of their staff. I will be driving a little further to another location next time.

Waited 8 minutes to be served only to be told the bread I wanted was not available. It's a subway! They dont have the full range of bread at 4.30pm in the afternoon. Poor!

Very rude, wont discuss their mistake, hangs up phone. I love subway but your employees are horrible and nasty. Don’t recommend anyone visiting this location.

Okay for a Subway. Not the best. Way too much pepper and when I asked for a little lettuce the regular amount was put on.

The food is delicious and fresh, and the staff is very friendly! The place is always kept nice and clean. Absolutely love it.

The food is typical subway food so no problems there. However, The servers were extremely friendly. It definitely brightened my day.

The customer service is amazing! Love the fresh breads and veggies. Never let me down so far. Favourite Subway in town!

I asked.to use the bathroom.while my daughter completed our order. I don't think ice seen a dirtier bathroom in my life.they have a black light in it I guess to deter drug use upon my eyes adjusting there was mud from one end to the other incuding walls light switch etc fiecies on the floor and not one square of toilet paper in an industrial sized dispenser that can hold 2 rolls and not even a paper towel! I would hate to think anout other areas not viewable to gje public Holy smokes gross! Obviously a long time since a cleaning!

Nice and clean. Fast friendly service. Standard Subway products and prices of course. This restaurant tends to be the least busy place in this complex. The parking lot is a nightmare at certain times of the day. With five fast food chains and a gas station sharing the same location off the main highway, I'm sure you can imagine.

I was just here and wasn’t impressed. I would like to leave a complaint today, on March 26. It was around 9pm. The girl who was serving was talking very badly about me in Punjabi. She said that I didn’t know anything because I was ordering sandwiches at separate times to another girl. The both started laughing and I felt terrible. I will not come back here.

Good convenient location, fresh sandwiches, and friendly staff. Well worth stopping here for lunch.

I went today around 11 a.m. I needed to use rest room before I can order my Sandwich. As the door was locked, I asked a lady at the counter for the key. She said it must be at the door. But there was no key. Then same
lady said that I can call my manager who lives in Surrey and it will take
one hour. I just could not believe it. Then she turns around and asked me
if I want to order a sandwich!

Terrible, rude and nasty person. I think her name was Manjit?

I will never buy Subway sandwich till I die! I am really pissed.

Bright, clean custom sandwich shop. Limited seating. Will make your submarine sandwich right in front of you. Unlimited fresh veggies on your sandwich. Also fresh salads. Soup. Bottled beverages in the cooler. Cookies, potato chips. Higher fiber bread options. Reasonable prices. I love the egg salad foot long sub for $6. I load up on fresh veggies. I have them cut it in half and wrap each half separately. One half for dinner, the other half for lunch tomorrow. I have been there many times, and plan to go again!
