I'm waiting in the parking lot while my family gets dinner in Subway. I'm having a laugh at the 30min parking only sign cause it's been longer than that. There is only one guy making sandwiches while the other employee stocks a very full fridge of pop. We already waited through a huge lineup and now this. It's taking FOREVER!

Cute small town subway. Clean, friendly, and fresh ingredients. Lots of parking on the side road. Hit the park downtown to enjoy your sandwich at a picnic table.

If you are looking for the worst Subway in BC, try this one out. It's a good competitor. Unfortunately it's steady traffic is from people passing through Hope for a quick bite, but as someone who has lived here long enough to see no positive changes in this place? I suggest you go the extra 4 minutes down to the Flying J's subway. They actually clean their workspace, have toppings and meat that aren't browning; And their staff are actually coherent. No, seriously. My friend and I once ordered from this Subway in town and one of the younger girls in the family made his sandwich complete opposite to what he was asking for, and instead of a proper apology or offering to remake it. Yep, you guessed it. She was laughing and offered nothing to makeup for her mistakes. Instead my friend just wanted out of there because of her behavior and paid for something he didn't want. Why? Because having 7 pizza places in town gets old for takeout. I had to use the washroom quickly while stopping by, too, recently it seems they've completely bypassed proper upkeep there as well. The toilet seat was clammy + garbage full. Poor light fixture too. Overall this place is a huge avoid. Take the extra couple minutes to the next Subway and enjoy something worth your money. This place needs new owners, or turned into something else. Badly.

Second time I paid for a old bun! Tasted frozen! Please use fresh buns it's just not subway if the breads old.

What a mistake! Heated up the wrong sub. When i paid by debit she didnt offer me a bag for my meals spent almost $40. I asked for a bag but was asked for. 15! Since when does take out in restataunts make u pay for the bag! I couldnt find change as these days we all use debit! Iam a local and was treated with attitude. I asked if I could pay next time but was refused! There was a huge line up. This is why locals shop else where! WHY SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS IF THIS IS HOW WERE TREATED!

This location is well run. The tables are clean. There’s always staff ready to help — one at slow times, suddenly three working smoothly together when it’s super busy.

Took 30 minutes to make a sandwhich. But not because they were slow or understaffed no because they decided to help the only other person in the store before me even though my sandwhich was there first. Because hes a "local" go somewhere else if you value your time

Waited in line for almost half an hour and when I got to the front they had 1 type of bread with brown lettuce, spinach, onions and pickles for toppings. There was signs saying “no yellow mustard” but nothing about all the other things they were out of. Walked out without finishing my order

Staff rush you through, determined to get the queue down, don't give you enough time to view the menu.

It's subway. Food is the same everywhere you go.only thing that stands out is the service. This location is sllooooowwwwwwwwwww

I can understand not enjoying working at Subway. It sounds like a mundane job, but when your customers are being kind/not rude. Maybe treat them like they are human beings?
Rude worker we just dealt with.

I hope they were just having a bad day and are not always like that.

Queue was a little long with only one person serving, but the quality of the service was to standard.

We ordered a Ham and Cheese kids meal. I was told the cookie and juice box were in the bag. When I discovered there was no cookie or juice box and asked for them; I was told the potato bun sandwiches aren’t kids meals so no cookie or juice box is included. It’s obvious I have a three year old toddler with me. Extremely cheap and poor customer service to charge extra for the cookie and juice box since I was originally told it is included. Both Female and Male washrooms are out of order. Employee washroom was dirty and hand drier wasn’t working. Ants crawling on floor under my table inside the restaurant.

So stingy on vegetables. Asked for cucumbers on a 6 inch sub, and the worker slowly placed 4 slices on top, then took one off and put it back in the cucumber bin? Had to say "more" 3x when asking for spinach because they were so stingy with that too. Awful experience. Flying J location is much more generous with vegetables, I'll never eat at thie location again.

Unfortunately I had to keep asking for more toppings because of how little they put on. IE four slices of cucumber on a footlong. Staff was friendly though.

Very good place, Very nice friendly staff, only issue is chicken portions is very small as compare to other subway around.

The sighn said they closed at 9pm we showed up at 7pm everything was put away in tins there was family members helping them clean
And not wearing masks we tried asking for our order the woman did not listening at all she had no idea of were anything was and tried to hurry us out
We will drive to Chilliwack from now on for subway we have never had a problem with any other subway except this one

Best subway in town. Always satisfied with food and warm service. They are best at making tuna Salad.

Good sandwiches, but was there over 3 hours before closing and they had no coffee, no soup, and credit or cash only.no debit

Never visiting again. Staff seems impatient and not listening what customers ask and keep replying and acting. No welcoming no friendliness. They seem not interested working at all. Didn’t find quality sub.

Quick service, friendly staff and food has extra glass coverage to keep it fresh. Only 1 bathroom was usable but that's not a huge deal. Just a matter of convenience. I'd revisit here

Some of the best food in Hope, but that's only because there's not very much good food in Hope.

Staff was brusque and impatient to the point of rudeness. Soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken or not assembled properly (during the global pandemic). They allowed more than the maximum number of people into the store at a time. The sandwich was fine, usual Subway fare, but I will no longer be stopping here on my way through Hope

A painful experience. The communication skills between our server and the customers was atrocious. 4 subs took almost 15 minutes. We were so fed up we didn't even try to order it with a combo. Thankfully we were passing through. If I lived there, I would never go there again. The only reason I gave one star was because there wasn't an option for zero stars. There was an incredible line up for the washroom as well as only one worked. SMH.

Visited this place.after one year.and the girl at front was so rule that she should not supposed to work therr.last year their we're two sisters working their we're so welcoming but this time.the girl seems like she was hating us that why these people have come to Subway to eat.

Filthy. All garbage bins full inside and outside. Tables full of grains and food rests under the tables. Asked for a table wipe. Atendant come wiped table then the seats. Then, same rag, wiped the next table and next seat and so on. I would not eat at a table wiped with same rag wich was used to clean the bench.

This stores standards are pretty low, even for a subway. Sure they wear gloves, but don't change them. They touch everything and then make your food. They get annoyed when asked to replace gloves! Not to mention the terrible smell of BO coming from the staff, that I could smell the moment I walked in. The cross contamination that goes on in here is scary to say the least. Just watch them next time your in there. You'll see for yourself.

The staff is amazing, always fast and friendly. Informative with the menu, and great about helping you choose something yummy. Always fresh buns and crisp veggies. Not to mention how kind they are with our 4 young children. Highly recommended.

Great shop! The regular staff on the week are nothing put the best They go out of there way all the time to help customer. They got me as a regular customer now.
