I love going to Pitt Meadows location. The ladies are the best always lots of smiles. Great service.

Nearly $20 now for a foot long of disgusting garbage. Everything about this place is awful.

This old lady that works there didn’t give me my change back she just pocketed it (my change would’ve been $5 back). And she also makes me and my partners sandwiches so sloppy and messy (also she never cuts out sandwiches in half). She’s just rude to me and my partner. We won’t be coming to this location anymore. Do better please.

Was charged $. 25 for a bag. Was asked if I needed one. Of course I bought 5 sandwiches. I'm gonna need a bag. It's ridiculous to be charged for a bag

Not sure how this location keeps its doors open! I've been going here for 10 years and only had a few occasions were I left satisfied.

I literally have to stand there for 10 mins EVERYTIME asking for more and more and more vegetable portions as they fight you tooth and nail to avoid putting on the amount you want, hoping that you eventually give up and they get there vegetable saving bonus. I've even been interrogated for asking for an extra napkin!

Soo went to this location today hoping that since it had been quite a while since i last visited this location due to various issues I encounter every time I go here.

I had a coupon to purchase a rice wrap and drink and receive 2nd for $1
I told the girl I wanted 2 rice wraps as I read it off the coupon. So the girl pulls out 2 'regular' wraps. I had know idea they had various kinds of wraps now, , otherwise I would have corrected her.

So after encountering numerous problems with her getting huffy and impatient with me as I kept asking for extra portions of the vegetables. (as they have always been super stingy with their portion sizes) I get to the till and hand her the coupon which she refuses to honour due to the wraps not being "rice wraps" even though that's what I ordered and explained that to her, she still refused to honour the coupon. Demanding that i pay full price.

Soo instead of arguing any longer with her and holding up the other customers, I left my order and walked out.

I went to the Subway on 205th, ordered the exact same thing and as ALWAYS never encounter a problem.
Not sure why the Harris Rd location has such a problem with hiring Horrible staff time after time, after time!

Twice in the last month i have gone to this subway and the trainee staff have had a very hard time speaking or understanding english. On the first occasion another staff member had to come translate in their language what the customer was asking for starting with the bread, then vegetables, then dressings then the till! The other night i went there and ordered a sandwich and at the till i tried asking a new trainee about the high price of my purchase and the trainee mumbled something in some sort of broken english then handed me my sandwich and walked away. I think i will be visiting the subway on 205th st from now on, went to the 205th location tonight and the staff there had no problems speaking and understanding me.

Good food. Good service.
One tip: let them know you will pay tips. They will give you much more ingredients.

I ordered a online order yesterday and I picked it up and I received a totally different order then what I ordered I tried to call the store to resolve this issue but there’s no way to get ahold of anyone. I had no way to get there to get a remake of my sandwich.a Turkey breast sandwich with Italian herbs and cheese Canadian cheddar lettuce pickles cucumbers green peppers (no sauce) I received a white bread with Turkey bacon lettuce and lots of mayo.

The best subway sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The sandwich artist took care in making a very good sandwich with a bit of everything in each bite

Been a regular at this store. And today it was day old bread at a premium price. Never again. Time to find another location.

I like your store and I always bought my sandwich there today when I go there the customer service it was so bad she was so rude and I am not happy to go there anymore.

It is Subway, pretty standard, but I was happy with how fresh the veggies were at this particular location.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the staff speak so quietly. Combine that with a mask and a sheet of plexi, I felt so awkward having them repeat everything a 2nd time. I have incredible hearing, but I seem to go deaf when masks and plexi are involved. Aside from that, definitely recommend.

Fair place to eat. Mushed my bread loaf super flat. Asked for extra lettuce and you think i asked for gold. This place is very cheap on the toppings even when you ask for more. Its lettuce! You get the bare minium here. Not great value for the price

Speedy service and nice neat sandwich. They don't just slop the stuff together they do it with care. However soup ran out at 7pm

Pardeep has been making our sandwiches for a couple yesrs now. We have been super happy with his customer service and his sandwich creations:)
It's great to know that everytime you go in he makes your sandwich like he would make his own. He doesn't skimp on anything and it always looks/tastes delicious!

1st no waiting, I walked in and ordered immediately. I ordered 2 sandwiches, which they made the way I like them. Everything was fresh and looked great. The bill was under $13. Took them home, and they tasted great

They dont make ur food right and miss alot of items and when u order on skip the dishes and order food and ask for extra stuff they dont add it and bad customer service when calling to talk to then really rude to customers

Excellent customer service with a smile, which is very rare these days. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Very clean too!

Great service friendly but sadly my wife and I have had food Poisoning both times going there, can’t go back to that one

Real sandwhich artist at work! By far, best sub we've had in a long time! Very efficeint people I have ever had in subway.

I came in the other day to order a bunch of sandwich during lunch time the Manager was very nice and polite when she took my order. She made my order very quick considering its very busy she didn’t even hesitate to accept my big order. Thumbs up to this lady and her team.

Excellent service everytime I've gone so far and exceptional speed considering it was a lunch rush. Staff are very friendly and approaching. Will definitely return

They were hurrying my order but it was pretty good.

Staff are awesome, food are great! Best subway in PittMeadows:) because its the only subway at Pitt meadows. Lol

Pardeep is single handedly the best server I've ever had at a subway or. Legitimately look forward to when I go in when and he's working.cant say enough good things about his service and the personal touch he puts on the experience.

It is a good, healthier alternative in the fast food, the one challenge I have is my 2.5 yr old grandchild likes wraps and not the buns so I have to buy him an adult meal. He doesn't eat buns, it is too much bread but he doesn't understand why his sister gets a special kids meal and he doesn't. I wish they did more alternatives in their children's menu. We are lucky the one in Pitt Meadows will do flat bread sandwich for children but not wraps - yet.

It's okay. Nice staff I once was there to grab a sandwich and it was busy. The owner and management did not step in and help the girl make sandwiches to make it quicker. Also having to ask for for then 5 olives, 4 pieces of spinach etc. It's only vegetables on my sandwich? I sooner make my own subs at home. I have gone back but only twice this year.

This location is the worst. I was served by a sandwich artist that would not take me order. Every step was met with him assuring me I'd like it better his was.super awkward. Eventually I caved and ended up with a beef wrap. When I originally ordered chicken breast on Italian herb and cheese. He wouldn't stop until I agreed. I'm usually down to try new things.but it was overly saucy and and overall aweful experience. Love subway sandwiches, just not going back to this location any time soon

This subway location is my favorite and its hands down because of the staff. I have never had an issue with any of my orders. The downside is that sometimes later at night the ingredients aren't as fresh but you can't expect them to waste ingredients late at night.

This has to be the slowest Subway I've been to in years. Way understaffed and slow as hell to getting to customers.

Service from the lady that was making the sandwich was friendly, the food was typical like for any Subway. However, the Asian lady (I think) that was working with the lady serving me was unnecessarily bugging her for making “mistakes” that didn’t matter. Ex: when she got me tap water from the tap the Asian lady told her to dump it and just give me the cup, and got mad at her for cutting a sandwich in half? That doesn’t matter. My life would’ve been easier if she didn’t waste the water she already poured and just gave it to me. The Asian lady needs to chill

Friendly service. Serviced by an obvious new hire but he was doing his best and was doing it mostly correctly. Typical subway service with clean, roomy interior. My gripe is that the parking is terribly arranged and the meatball I ordered was not hot. Food was warm-lukewarm when I tasted it 3 min after to-go.

Still decent hours on Saturday. Recommended.

An overall clean and welcoming place. It's got that all too familiar smell of sub bread that wafts to the outdoors, just pulling you in. Everyone I've ever met working here has been friendly. I sometimes come with my dog so I can sit at a table outside (another nice feature cause that seems to be something becoming more and more scarce in Pitt) and eat with him and they always ask me questions about him so it's really homey. The place really tends to suck in sound so you sometimes really gotta speak up to talk to your sandwich artist but other than that it's a solid place.
