Subway

Store was nice and clean, good service, nice area and very chill atmosphere, food was delicious.

Bad service, staff seemed poorly trained and bad hygiene. Place was dirty and didn't smell like a normal subway. I also saw a fly hovering around the meat and veggies. I didn't feel like ordering anything after.

One of my favorite Subways! It is right in the medical hub of Surrey Central right beside the hospital in the new building.

I used to go here all the time, staff were super friendly and inviting. I was on a first name basis with them as I worked across the street. About 2yrs ago I went in for my regular lunch and one of the staff who I have never seen before said to me "what do you want? ". I was a little caught off guard of the lack of professionalism and service. I replied "how's your day going? Is their a special? " and she said "well you can see up on the menu". I then pulled a Karen and asked to talk to her supervisor and she was very apologetic on her behalf. Moral of the story, speak to people the way you want to be treated.

I bought a subway coupon which i got with a 25$ gift card I purchased from a different store, and I was going to get a free subway with a coupon and they refused to give me one and asked for the gift card receipt. I of course wouldn’t carry the gift card receipt with me and the way the employees handled the situation was wrong and disrespectful. My friend with me was going to purchase a cookie but her card got declined and they started giving us rude looks through and honestly it was just a bad experience and I have never dealt with this before at a subway store.

Great location right beside the whalley covid test center. Go for a covid test and grab a sub after or grab a sub and eat it while waiting in line for your test!

Poor services.employees are not well trained. They use same gloves on cheese after putting meat on sandwich. Its not a 100% vegeterian. Very bad service. Ill never go again on that location. Last time also i have seen she was making order & tapping on ipad with same gloves & after that with same hands she made my sandwich. I had asked to her but she didnt listen.

Went in on June 28 at 8: 45 pm. Bought an egg salad 6” Italian bread. Instead of cheese, I requested for fallafal. The response from the worker was it will cost extra which I know as that is my regular order for years which always cost me $6.50. I didn’t bought anything else. To my surprise, I was charged $10.00. I didn’t confront the worker as I was tired and didn’t want to spend my energy in explaining him that he overcharged me. However, if the manager/ owner read this review, I would love to get my $3.5 back.

Its Subway. I think the quality is well known by now. This particular location has pretty efficient employees.

Employees don't smile or even acknowledge their customers as they come in. They need customer service training

Sandwich was good. Service was terrible. Only one employee working during dinner time (7: 00pm). Took 20 mins to finally get sandwich made. Not the employee fault, just poor mamagerment in scheduling.

Bread was stale. Very impersonal. You'd think your in downtown New York grabbing a quick lunch on the go. Not my cup of tea

Nice place more spacious. Fast service just opposite to Surrey memorial hospital. Friendly staff. There is a place to sit outside. The combo is a good price.

I asked for hot water and was told I had to pay for a tea. That tap water was free but hot water was not. That came from the day manager herself. If I could give them a ZERO I would.

Got the new grilled cheese combo here. The ‘grilled cheese’ only came with 2 small slices of cheese so you couldn’t taste any of it. The picture shows a thick amount of cheddar cheese and they give you two small swiss cheese slices that don’t even count.

Food is pretty consistent, however, the building parking situation sucks now! Some spots used to be free for 15 mins, but now you need to pay just for a quick bite.

Terrible service, hygiene and terrible sub.

We went there for lunch ordered 2 subs. One lady started off our order with meat and the second lady (she's tall, slender and a terrible attitude) was taking care of handling cash decided to take over for the fresh vege. First off she gave us the dirtiest look and with impatient pose with one hand on her hip and one on the counter. My sandwich I wanted spinach, banana peppers and jalapeno. She put in 5 baby spinach leaves, 2 banana peppers, and 3 pieces of jalapeno and she didn't even ask me I wanted pepper or salt (not a big deal). The worst is that she didn't change her gloves and I've noticed after I had watched her for a bit and realized it.
She was handling cash and vegetables. This is got to be the worst Subway I have ever visited! Yuck if I can I negative stars I would! I'm really considering phoning their head office and tell them about this particulars subways business practice.

Never going back and recommending that no one do either.
