The morning girl doesn't give the right amount of scoops of avocado she put 6 pickles on a footlong and 8 jalapeños. She must be the owners daughter ill stop at a different subway they are all over!

We are gorillas moving company based out of Abbotsford British Columbia and every single time we are on the island we are driving through these small communities and Subway is by far one of our most favourite places to stop always great service food is always good buns are always made fresh and it is relatively a good experience if you are looking for a moving company as well check us out gorillamoves.ca

Depends who is working and what kind of day that the workers are having. You can tell when they are not having a good day as they are inpatient and definitely shows in facial expressions.

It was subway, what can I say.quick meal reasonable price and it doesn't leave a lead bomb in your gut like the greasy flat burger places that are not cheap anymore anyhow

The one time I actually feel like junk food (yes, subway is junk food) and they somehow are out of bread For real.they make their own The place was dead so how do you run out of food If I was that franchisee i would be livid at my staff, who seemed like they didnt care at all.

I ordered a toasted sub. When my sub came out of the oven she asked if I minded if she took the baked buns out of the oven, I said sure. She put the oven mitts on over her plastic gloves. When she was done she proceeded to finish my sub without changing her gloves. Rant to me for not being brave enough to say something. The sub went in the garbage. Really grossed me out!

Came in late guy at counter was awesome waited 5 min after closing as I forgot my wallet I will 100% be back

Yeah it's just a Subway, but it's a delight when you encounter people working a job and taking pride in it. Thanks for the good sandwich!

The young people working there did a great job making my sandwich and excellent customer service.

I find this location to be ok, there staff is hit and miss. Some are great other are terrible, but thats life not everyone is an amazing person.

Bread was stale.second time in a row didn't have the bread I like. And service was extremely slow

Was ok. Bread was dry and seemed not enough seafood mix on the sub. But will not stop me from eating it! Will just ask for extra next time.

Much better since the new ownership! Very helpful and cheerful staff and the place always looks clean and food fresh. So glad its reopened and improved.

Overcharged again! I've been here a few times since ownership has changed. I always order the same thing, and noticed the price seems to fluctuate. I ordered a spicy Italian sub and got charged for BMT which is more expensive. Fifty three cents won't break me, but I will stop going and share my experience.

The food never tastes that good anyway. The vegetables are routinely visibly dried out and not fresh. The meat is questionable sometimes too. I've seen staff going through the meat bins and throwing some out while preparing a customers sub. Not the kind of thing you want to see when you're next in line. They also seem to always go way too heavy on the salt. I've had to throw one out because it was inedible due to over salting.

They forgot about my sub and it burnt to a crisp in the oven. Three employees working, took 20 minutes to get through the 4 people in front of me. Was expecting to stop for 5 minutes, took close to a half hour to get my single sub. Employees were slow and looked like they wanted to die. Terrible:/ go somewhere else

Didn't have the best experience when I went one time, but the other times were good. The staff were friendly and made my sandwich quickly and how I like it. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Good place to quickly stop in while traveling south on the Island Highway.because you can quickly turn right into it!

1 out of the last 15 times they have had chilli I wish they would make chilli its popular. It's not that hard to heat it up.

This evening, I stopped in after work, and was greeted by the young lady working. Her candor, and enthusiasm and friendly attitude really made the day.and she was short handed all day. Keep up the good work miss, you are a great worker and really made some of the best subs I have ever had. 5/5 tonight, well earned.

Good service. The people are always friendly and have a half decent conversation with you while you tell them how to make your sandwich. I know some of us can be picky so thanks putting up with everyone and there picky food choices.

Handling meat with gloves instead of using the scoop, then making a veggie wrap for a vegetarian with the same gloves then handling the register without removing gloves. Unsanitary.

Brutally slow service. Employee was checking his messages on his watch while putting veggies on my sub.

Wow, almost $9 for a six inch turkey bacon sandwich! Sandwich was sloppily made and not toasted long enough, the grated cheese was not even melted!
This used to be my healthier fast food choice, but with those prices, may as well go elsewhere and enjoy a full lunch.
The time before this, I ordered a roasted chicken salad, almost 10 bucks! Yup, Subway is off my go to place, with those outrageous prices

Quick staff, clean restaurant, a little tricky to get into because of the way the plaza is built, but it's great for a tasty lunch.

Was ok. Not great, but edible. I find that the service in Ladysmith to be lacking, but I have been to worse.

Won't complain that my sub was way to overloaded, but it made a huge mess and wasn't fun to eat. Bathrooms were not well kept.

The daytime staff at this location are super friendly, and the sandwich that I had there was the best one that I've had in a long time.

Obviously most people have been to Subway. I recommend the Subway across from McDonald's, next to Terminal place. Compared to one other I've been to, this one s very clean and the service is fast. I don't usually like to sign up for most club cards, but the "Subwaymyway" points card is well worth signing up for if you eat here at least 2 times a month. Unlike most points club cards, these ones actually add up fast!

No baby change table in either bathroom. I doubt this has anything to do with the brand and is probably just a failure of the franchisee.
