We were refused service 1 hour before closing time because the lady was too lazy to make bread… I have never seen anything like this… not 5 minutes… 1 whole hour before closing! I have never seen someone care so little about their work.

Warm welcoming staff make ur fave Sammie quickly to ur liking.
Clean shop, maintained dining room.
I dig the Side kicks.a quik light nosh perfect 4 breakfast or lunch.

Worst customer service ever from nikita! Disrespectful the way she served. Patty was half cooked! This wasn’t the first time so im here! I hope you’ll understand people pay for food they don’t deserve this put urself in their shoes might u’ll understand!

Haven't been to subways in years and had to get a sandwich.
Had a turkey wholewheat sandwich and when I walked in the ladies were very nice and helped quickly.
All the seats and food were well stocked.
Nice area to just sit as well

This is the WORST subway in all of the locations in surrey. Once again “no bread” by 9: 45…They are open until “12 am” but are almost ALWAYS out of bread by 9. It has been this way for at least the past year i have lived nearby, I always try to go back every once and awhile to see if things have changed but a big jumbo NOPE is the answer. Not sure if it’s the manager or just a full-time worker but she has been there almost every night i have gone, It’s lady (middle aged) and she always has this snobby attitude and look on her face when you walk through the door almost as if she’s annoyed your coming in to buy something. Change your hours if your not going to have bread available for people in your last few hours of closing especially being a business that’s based on making “subs”. So ridiculous and unprofessional on both the business and the staff. Will always go to another subway from now on before even wasting my time and gas just to get incredibly poor service.

Terrible customer service. Lied to their customer, told us “there were no bread” when we got in and told us to leave but as we get food from the restaurant next to it, we saw them serving other customers food. Walked in to ask why, and they said “there were only 1 6inch”. Why didn’t you tell us that from the beginning instead of denied us service and serve it to other customers?

They didnt let us eat inside at 10: 30 pm and it wasnt even near closing time. The sandwich was under toasted and they didnt even cut the footlong in half. One of the Employees were rude

Food was good cant really go wrong with subway sandwiches! But at this location The lady that was taking my order gave me bad customer service. I used like this spot but it’s different now day unfortunately.

I just ordered a pick up order today from the subway app itself, however despite searching it for a long time, I could not find the option for a gluten free bun. I mentioned it in the intruction portion. When I went to pick it up it was a wheat bread, told a girl that I am highly gluten sensitive, I can’t have it, she said rudely that she gluten free buns have different prices, I was ready to pay extra but she was saying there’s nothing we can do now, the store has different things than the app, so frustrating.
Ended up wasting my money on bun that I can’t even consume.

One of the employees (a middle aged woman) was very rude and had a careless attitude. Just spoiled the evening. This place was nearby, but would rather drive further than buying from here. Such a negative experience.

Was supposed to be open at 7. Door was locked, nobody there, ovens on at 730. Not very professional.

Being fast is different but being rude is different, the girl during the sunday evening shift was very rude, may be its her bad day but she need to understand her job position and talk to costumers nicely after all people order food from you and surprisingly the restaurant was not busy.

They do a great job and some of the people have been working there for quite some time. I've had a few bad experiences with attitude but it guess it's expected with difficult times. For the most part its clean, fresh and quick.

Overall good food and well made subs.

However, there is this one indian girl maybe in her 20’s that has an attitude problem. She never greets guests when they walk in, never a smile on her face, and when the order is paid for she will just leave the food there and walk away without even a goodbye.

Everyone has bad days, but it seems like she’s never in a good mood or hates her job. I do not have a name because her name tag is empty.

When I get to subway I expected to be treated with respect and not just another order in the books.

If she does not enjoy serving people nor have the customer service skills then why work in a place that requires excellent customer service; with a business model catered towards pleasing people.

I go for the healthy food but get an unhealthy welcome instead.

Great staff. I liked that they were really careful with my gluten free buns to ensure no contamination.

This location has the drink fountain that lets you customize the flavors.

The location was super clean. The bathroom was well maintained.

Very poor customer service. The girl working tonight didn’t even pack the bun properly, all the veggies were falling and she wrapped the bun wide open. Her behaviour was also rude!

Sandwiches are tastee, but I dont like the atmosphere in Subways-very sterile;human touch is declining rapidly!

Old depressed women working here for minimum wage. The women on the night shift were even more bitter and rude. I asked for a 6inch oven roasted chicken on white bread. Without asking if i wanted it toasted or not she just started toasting it. After i made the whole sub and ready for payment, she refused to take payment and said only mastercard or debit. I only had cash. She didn't give me the sub and just threw it away in the garbage. Waste of my time and the food.

Raman should be fired, terrible sandwich, meats not evenly layered, not toasted enough, wrapped and squished.

Horrible.the entire subway was cold even after it was toasted.never recommend this location to anyone. Stay away.

Terrible experience. Stay away of this location food always made with total negligence and staff are rude.

The menu is the same as any other subway. The measure of a particular Subway depends on the availability and freshness of the ingredients, the efficiency and focus of the staff and the cleanliness of the customer and work areas.

On all these this location scores very well.

Even the new hires see engaged and well trained.

I will never go to this place again, very rude staff, closed store after seeing me parking even though it was not 10: 00pm, the moment they saw me one lady went inside and turned off light (till then they were just sitting there, wearing jackets to leave) and said it is closed, just went to grab something quick and got this service, kudos to your team!

The girl who provided service did not even know how to make the new sandwich.new people should be properly trained first, before making them stand there to deal with customers

Very kind staff. I go there often so I've gotten to know them more and they seem to get friendlier every time. Definitely recommend this location!

For the Subway at 156th st.and Fraser Hwy, Surrey, BC, make sure they have all the toppings you want. This subway and the one at 158th and Fraser often run out of ingredients. But they make a GREAT SANDWICH!

Great subs they have daily subs on sale I can create my own subs always fresh vegetables my go to place for subs

Do not go to this place. The workers here have no respect for customers. I went in to get a sub today and i asked for a veggie pattie, and when I took it took it home it was very hard, and was made with negligence. This location is always low on stock as sometimes they will not have the veggies or bread that you want. One day I went in the store as I am a usual customer, and some lady just automatically assumed I wanted a specific type of sandwich. This is very rude, I am never buying subway from this location due to rude employees who are not doing their job properly. To add on, this location serves old veggies and one day I saw flies flying around the food. This is not sanitary and I would recommend everyone to stay away from this location.
