Subway

I love Subway, but this is by FAR the worst one. I’ve been here several times always hoping for a positive experience but nope. Always a disappointment, the Managers are usually nice but the younger workers are rude and put no pride into making the sandwiches. Every-time I go they mess up in some way and I always politely point out the mistake but they will not own up to it. Example, stampede brisket is 4 rolls of meat, they put 3 on mine, so one side of the 12” had next to no meat.
Bad bad bad bad!

One of the girls helping me looked like she HATED her life and job. She seemed so inconvenienced that I came in to buy a sandwich. Girl.it’s 6pm.relax. The other girl (I think her name was Maneet?) was really nice checking me out on the register. As for the other girl… maybe she was having a bad day? The other reviews here tell me otherwise.she needs an attitude adjustment. I’ll go somewhere else for food in Sutterbrook.

I get subway almost everyday, and I have come to this location many times before. Tonight when I went January 3rd at 10pm a girl was working and was extremely rude. I order what I always ordered and received exactly half a portion of it. We also got a salad and the salad was not even half way full. The worst part was that she didn’t know portions and didn’t want to accept and was extremely rude. She literally added three singular spinaches and when I complained she rolled her her eyes at me. This was an extremely negative experience at this location.

They are closed at night times almost every night when they are supposed to be open. When you call they say they are open but when you go. The door is closed and locked bjt open sign and all light are on. Almost every night.

Verkeep the manager was very sweet and helpful with my decision making, this subway location is the best one i’ve been to by far. They have a very friendly staff

I was at suter brook port moody with my son. We were hungry so we stopped by subway at 10pm January 3rd. We ordered 2 foot long cold cut, one 6 inch cold cut and 1 bowl of rice with vegetables toppings. We wanted 2 of the sandwiches in combo which includes chip and a drink. This will come to $3.29 extra. Not a problem. The girl who worked during that night, she charged me for only one combo. So i went back to pay for 2nd combo. The bill for the second sandwich combo came to$4.89.
I told her that it should be $3.29, not $4,89. The girl srarted arguing with me that cash register says $4.89. And she says she can't change it. Only manager can. What a pathetic employee. She has no customer service what so ever. She doesn't even give good portions. She should not be in service industry. I come to this location occasionally time to time and never had this kind of experience. This girl employee is tarnishing the subway. If i was the owner, i would let her go.

Update your hours if the store will be closed every other day around 9 o’clock. Third time in roughly a month I’ve gone by after 9pm only for them to have the exact same ‘sorry we had to close early sign up’ if you need to reuse the same hand written sign that much you should just change the hours. (Also very disgruntled and annoyed employees every time I go here)

Slow to get workers attention, then workers were impatient with my order.

Overall food was delicious as always, but customer service could use some work

Finally I found a nice subway. She made such a great delicious subway for me. I recommend This location to everyone

The employee seemed to be the only one who was working when I went in today. She was working on a pickup order. I waited a few minutes before she began my order. Then she started mine. Later on when the oven was done heating the chicken, cheese and bread, she left it on the counter for another couple minutes (to get cold) while finishing the pickup order. She then started to put the wrong veggies twice u til i corrected her, and gave me what looked to be frustration and dirty looks when correcting her. Didn’t even get all my chosen veggies. I go here regularly and this was the worst service I’ve experienced there. Wednesday March 2 7: 45 pm.

This store probably has the worst customer service i have ever seen. Not only are they not helpful, their attitude is horrible. Multiple times the sandwhich was not wrapped well, and it genuinely looks like the staff hate their job. The customer service from this store stains the bright and joyful environment of suterbrook.

I went to buy two sandwiches at 10: 30pm and the worker didn’t want to make my sandwich. Yet the store closes at 11: 00pm.

Ordered online, several mistakes, ordered with combo and it wasn't included, obvious so I was able to get the drink and cookies, I also added bacon to a sandwich +$2, i didn't check as it was wrapped up and shockingly.no bacon.open up your sandwiches, they dont read the find print for the online orders and go with the headlines only I guess.not worth the drive back to get bacon or $2 back.

Food is good same as other subway
But the staff are not really happy. It does not match with other shops staff in Sutterbrook.

The subs are decent, but the customer service is pretty bad. You have to repeat yourself a lot and they generally seem checked-out and bored. I get that it's Subway, but it's not that comfortable. I also watched them defy Provincial Health Orders by allowing a maskless customer to come in, even though he asked if they had spare masks - they didn't. If they don't care about Covid, it makes me wonder what else they don't care about. These are strange times but I don't think I'd trust this place again.

We live right across from this place and their sign is so bright we can read at night in our bedroom. Why must it be on 24-7?

I go there all the time but looks like new management took over recently?

3 girls working in there today gave my wife and I dirty looks as we walked in, as we are a mixed couple and clearly that was not acceptable to them. They then proceeded to be very lazy in attitude and demeanor taking the order. They got the size of the sandwich wrong. Then they got my order wrong. Twice I had to tell them what I wanted.very simple request. 2 different people got it wrong.unreal. I gave up and just ate what they made

They could care less about getting orders correct or really have no clue how to make any of the sandwiches

Not used to that from this location.has taken a huge step down hill

That haven’t been the best service but were okay except today
I asked for BMT with Italian herb but the girl made my sandwich kept asking (? Can I say it as asking, probably forcing) me ‘you want pork, pork, right? ’ so i was like.got confused.but said ok, yes cuz i thought wth.just have it.and she didnt ask me cheese toasted but toasted my sandwich asked me what begi I want. I said everything she didn’t look happy. Then she grabbed BBQ sauce bottled said ‘you want BBQ, right? ’
so I said no.it was little awkward and unpleasant experience in here

Went to this couple of times. Exceptional coustmer service from Karmjeet and staff. Always welcomed the time u enter the store. Love to visit again.

They always get my sub right! Parking outside is limited but plenty available underground. They have one of those machines where you can mix your soda yourself and add fun flavors like vanilla and cherry. Reliable cheap lunch!

Clean location but awful service. Apparently here is no such thing as a line to have your sandwich made.
