I went there with my 11 year old son he want to order his sub him self guy who was serving was so rude even he don’t know how to behave with kids Oct 12/2023 @3: 30pm

I love this location…not only because it’s close to my house but also because the staff is so friendly. Apart from that veggies are always fresh the taste of my sandwich is always speechless. Would 100% recommend this location.

Staff gave me the wrong cookies two days in a row, I have to ask for sufficient toppings repeatedly, upon being confronted about being served raisin cookies instead of what I ordered two days in a row they roll their eyes. Stop hiring bratty teenagers that don’t care about their job. If I was allergic to raisins you’d be shut down.

I just had veggie sub from this location and it is worst I had ever. I ask for veggie patty and toasted and the patty was ice cold. Than I ask her to add avocado paste in it she was so rude that you have to tell us before. She don’t know how to behave with customers even though we are paying extra for it. If she said we have to tell them before than they also need to keep it somewhere where we can see it before as she said. I spent $28 and not worth it. Worst experience.

I ordered a 6 inch tuna sub from here on skip the dishes with my last 11$ after having a rough day, and I was surprised to see they had gave me an extra 6 inch abs left a note saying to enjoy it which is so nice! Thank you very much I’m very appreciative. Little acts of kindness to a long way.

Lunch time 8 people in line one person making sandwiches including Uber orders.no thanks, never again.

This is the second time we got terrible service from this location. First time they served me expired steep tea. Second time we ordered three coffee and they charged and gave us four coffees. We returned that fourth extra coffee but they didn't refund us the charges they charged us for fourth coffee. I always prefer to visit other Tim Hortons locations and get bettet service than my occasional visits at this location.

The girl savered me this kind of sandwich It's really disappointing, her behavior was so rude, I spend $11 dollars and got this. So I want request Subway Company please train your Employees properly.

They say they close at 12: 00am on Saturday. I walk in at 11: pm. Lady says they are closed.

Why lie? Just change your hours to close at 11pm. Don't waste your customers' time.

I always visit this location since years but i think something wrong with staff now before two girls always working in night time gave wonderful service their old manager was very decent and she always served me. But now its very awful service.

Worst customer service. They put material inside the sub like we are getting it for free. When i ask them to put more lettuce or spinach the staff saw me like i am asking for their kidneys and then put two leaves of each lol. Hey owner, Stop making money like this or else you will lose all your customers then feed the rats behind your store that keeps on chirping when i was placing order. Will never ever go back there.

Ordered chicken terayki and it was really delicious. When i opened the pack, i got so happy to see free cookies.

I usually go every weekend morning in this location. The skinny tall girl absolutely hardworking and she make delicious sandwiches with positive vibes.best customer service ever.

Havnt had subway in Years, after going to this location I remembered why.poor customer service, extra cheap on the veggies, and the samich just didn't taste good.won't be going back to subway, ever.

Went to this subway to get a footlong. Went in, the two girls working there did not even acknowlegde my presence. They were wiping the counters and laughing and talking to each other. After I said Hi, one of them said Hi and then both of them went inside and I could see them laughing and talking to each other. I said Hi again and after 2mins one of them came and took my order. In spite of me saying saying several times can I get the white bread they were asking what and looking back at each other and laughing. I guess they were bored and wanted to have fun. They were constantly talking to each other while making my order and had to ask me 2 times if I wanted cheese toasted or what veggies or sauce. Atrocious customer service. Not to mention they were extremly stingy on everything as if I am buying it for free. Even if you have no other option, dont come here, it will haunt u forever!

Very rude and bad customer service from one of their male staff. Refused to use mobile bandit coupon for footlong. The veggie footlong I got barely had vegetables in it, the mostly thing I ate was bread. The worst vegetable footlong I ever had at subway.

Went there for quick subway but only one girl was working it was really busy she was working so hard but owner making so much money he should have a 2 pple working

I bought two footlong and one six inch sandwich today around 3.15 pm from this location. We found human nail in the sandwich while eating it. I called the location and then went there to complain them. Staff offered the refund for order, which I declined to take. No manager or owner was available to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. It is very unhygienic and even more worse thing due to covid 19. I hope by reading this message manager will reply here what action has been taken to stop this kind of mistake in future.

I went many time here but today i am very disappointed by a boy who is making sandwiches veg and non vegetarian with same gloves when I told him but he is making excuses please try to teach him Hospitalities.the girls was excellent

Wouldn't even give them one star.cam to get a foot long sweet onion teriyaki sandwhich through my mean I had something hard removed it out of my mouth it was a plastic piece I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place melted plastic in good? Where are the food inspectors when you need them.

Great customer service. I ordered on the subway app and received a call shortly that what I ordered was not in stock. The staff member was fast to accommodate with a different item and the food was good.

I usually go to this subway, all the time i have really great experience, staff is always friendly and the place is really clean and tidy

We purchased 2 footlong veggie subs from this subway. The place wasn't busy at all and still the sandwich maker was in some kind of hurry or something. She was adding the veggies to my sub as if she wasn't allowed to use vegetables. I got barely 4 tomatoes and cucumbers on my sub after asking for it few times. Even the baby spinach was 5 single pieces. Wouldn't recommend.
