So first and foremost Samantha has been doing my hair since 2019 and it’s been such an amazing experience each time. The environment is fun, energetic and very comfortable compared to any other hair salon. It’s such a great experience and I encourage anyone to go check it out as you won’t be disappointed. Samantha and her team are amazing and you’ll find that out if you get your hair done at this fabulous salon!

This place is by far the best studio for extensions in Kelowna. Samantha saved my scalp, helped my hair grow and in a short period of time has helped me downsize from four beaded wefts to 2 - with much more comfort and versatility. She is an amazing human being and her staff are also lovely individuals. And a special shout out to Addie for introducing me to the invisible weft ;)

Please beware of the reviews that Samantha herself is adding. If you click the reviews you will see they are all new accounts that have only reviewed this business. She speaks of fake reviews while simultaneously leaving reviews of her own.

I’m laughing at Samantha’s newest addition to her reviews. Stating reviews are fake or from the states. None of her one star reviews are “fake”, including mine. This woman has refuses to stand by her work as shown in the photos, and refuses to give me my laptop back.

There is too much that happened at this salon that I can’t actually write it all in google! So I’ve attached photos of my full review, photos of my hair, and pictures of Facebook comments on my hair when I was asking for advice. If you don’t wanna read everything, that’s fine. But turn around and don’t come here, because there are far better, far more caring salons out there.

First off, she didn't even acknowledge that she screwed up my extensions, only saying "I was happy"
As I believe I stated in the review, if not I will state again.
I was happy when I first got them done. Wasn't until after I got home I realized they were not blended at all. She curled them before I left. The when I came in for the two week checkup, which was after only a few days, she charged me for the extra hair, slightly going over my budget.it looked much better.but then as stated for two weeks (so two weeks after my checkup) there was a piece sticking out.the piece was not sticking out at the salon. I have gone into her salon four times now, and each time she has failed to deliver quality service. As stated in the review again, she said she would pay me for my laptop, joking that she wouldn't just steal it. She says I refused to come in, but the text she sent me today states that I need to come in today. She gave me no option, didn't even care if I was busy or feeling too anxious today. She told me she would refund me, has now gone back on her word, and is only offering me services. Take a look at the pictures yourself Samantha, and ask me why I don't want to continue with your services. Would you be proud to post these photos on your page? It doesn't matter if I WAS happy when it is clear to see that I have not been offered quality services as promised. Every professional I have shown my hair to feels sorry for me and is shocked by the poor service I have received. That is not how someone wants to feel after getting new hair in just a month ago. This was supposed to help my confidence, but now I'm embarrassed and involved in an ongoing dispute with Samantha trying to get my money back. Samantha refuses to refund me or pay me for my laptop.

I have gone somewhere else to get them taken out and have added more pictures of the hair. There’s random tape ins she never told me about, she SEWED TAPE INS TOGETHER. Put three wefts together. Not microbeads at all. The microbeads on the tape ins and wefts aren’t even close to my root colour. They’re LIGHT. I am honestly shocked at the service I’ve received.

I was referred to Success21 Hair Extensions by a friend of mine. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the owner Samantha Wedlund. My experience was out of this world. I came in with damaged hair from another salon and I left feeling like a Queen. I love you Samantha my new found friend.

I would definitely recommend this place. Absolutely best in Kelowna.
